doctor sir, எனக்கு one month frequent motion இருந்தது, so colonoscopy test எடுத்தேன் normal தான் . Cdh and c 19-9 blood tests எடுத்தேன் for cancer tumor, அதில ஒன்னும் cancer இல்லை weight also reduced, But one month ah எனக்கு தொண்டை வலி , சாப்பிட்டால் வலி இருக்கு. Swallow பண்ணும் போது discomfort இருக்கு .வீக்கம் இல்லை . Usg ஸ்கேன் எடுத்தால் தொண்டையில் எதுவும் இல்லை.இது என்னவாக இருக்கும். Peptic அல்சர் இருகும் மா? எனக்கு. பல ஆண்டுகளாக gastric problem இருக்கு.Doxtor please reply
Sir, a problem which could not be solved and diagnosis arrived after so much of investigations and personal exam cannot be solved by me sir.From your description, I doubt oesophageal problem,not sure.There will not be weight loss if there is no problem.
You need further investigations and treatment.

Sir Ulcer , GERD idhukulam morning coconut milk kudicha nalladha doctor.
Sir,though Coconut milk is considered generally safe for patients because of its mild nature for patients with GERD and Peptic Ulcer,Coconut milk may exacerbate symptoms of GERD in some patients.It depends on individual tolerance and susceptibility.
As for Peptic ulcer,Coconut milk is ok.

Vanakkam sir.Intermittent fasting does not directly induce Peptic ulcer,but it may induce increased acid secretion in the stomach,this exacerbating symptoms in those already having it.
