My beats do this all the time, I press like crazy until it turns on, but it doesn't turn on now at all. Battery is 100%, I pressed and hold for 2 minutes these two buttons but unsuccessfully.
It friggin worked man! I tried power button and vol + without my beats charging: didnt work. Then i tired while charging and then pressed power button: worked like a charm. Girl, youda best!
are you dong the reset with it plugged up? i had them charging overnight and they still wont turn on the light never went green. they do work when hooked up to the phone and limited blue tooth, i can pause and skip songs just no audio. you think the rechargable batteries are bad? if so how do those get changed?

I would charge my head phone and it would show all blue lights and then when i go to turn on, the red light would turn on. After pressing the power button and the volume up button at the same time for two minutes, it works. I glad you did this video

NixonPlays I've tried their reset but it literally does nothing except flash the full LED lights and one Red LED light which goes off 3 times. This is supposed to fix my beats but it literally did nothing. I think I'm going to try and send it back so they can send a new one.

I have the Powerbeats 3 Wireless Earbuds and this happens to me all the time. It's so frustrating. Holding the Power button and +volume for about 60 sec like you said in the video totally worked!! At first it seemed to do nothing so I let go. Then the white light came on and flashed with a red light. I pressed the power button again to turn it off and then I pressed the power button again to turn it on and it worked like a charm. Thanks!!

Thanks for this fix. I bought mine 45 days ago. I have been using them off and on and I finally used them until they died. So I plugged it the audio jack. Later I charged them. Well, I had a fully charged them and they would not power on. Thanks to this video I have a working pair again. P.S. The volume down button did not work for me either. Volume up is the answer.

Ok so I tried this method twice! The first time it didn't work. I charged the headphones until the green light came on, I unplugged the headphones & held the buttons down for 2 minutes & tried to turn them on. It didn't work, the second time I put the head phones back on the charger & pressed the buttons down again for 2 minutes, turned them on & it worked!! Omg!! Thank you sooo much for this posting! My husband bought these full price for my sons 8th birthday, I was going to be real upset if they wouldn't turn back on. Your the mf bomb

THANK YOU! I just pressed the power button n volume button simultaneously for less than a minute. Then let it go. Then switch on as usual. Then pair it normally with my android device. Make sure u do it when your beats wireless plugged and fully charged (green).

I did what you mentioned here and at first it didnt work but then I went into the bluetooth menu and while my beats were plugged in and fully charged (green light) I held the power button and volume - and while I was still holding those buttons I hit search for devices in the bluetooth menu and it worked right away. I got the red blue red and was able to reset and pair. Thanks

Oh seen! It's just worked for me right this minute. This morning on the way to work I tried to turn them on and I saw the lights flash as if pairing. It then turned off and since then I couldn't get it to turn back on even with full battery power. Doesn't work for me, mine only work when plugged, even though they're already at 100% and been charged twice and just suddenly stopped working.
I've been trying also..mines never worked from day one..its been 5 yrs

Pressing the buttons is like a master reset. Sometimes things just need a battery pull, or hard reset. Glad you are up and opperational again.

THANK YOU! I just pressed the power button n volume button simultaneously for less than a minute. Then let it go. Then switch on as usual. Then pair it normally with my android device. Make sure u do it when your beats wireless plugged and fully charged (green).

thanks man this worked for me for newer studio version. I just held down the power button for a minute and it came back on. Before the red light would blink and then turn off....even after hours of charging. Thanks again

I did what you mentioned here and at first it didnt work but then I went into the bluetooth menu and while my beats were plugged in and fully charged (green light) I held the power button and volume - and while I was still holding those buttons I hit search for devices in the bluetooth menu and it worked right away. I got the red blue red and was able to reset and pair. Thanks

Yay it worked! I noticed that after I used my head set for a call it wouldn't turn on, I did the reset (00:30) with the headset on the charger and it worked! Thank you!

Oh seen! It's just worked for me right this minute. This morning on the way to work I tried to turn them on and I saw the lights flash as if pairing. It then turned off and since then I couldn't get it to turn back on even with full battery power.
