I guess this is a fan remake. I notice they pulled soke sprites out of Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. Mainly the armoured knights at the temple stage and Carmilla (naked lady on a flying skull) as a boss.
Circle of the Moon was a Gameboy advance game wasnt it? I believe that was released on the ps4 also ive been meaning to give that a playthrough, it looks decent.
@@lastninjalongplays Yes, the GBA Castlevania were all ported to modern consoles a few years ago. This includes Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow. CotM is very difficult, though.
Altered Beast was such a pioneer, one of it's first, like Street Fighter 1. I'm honestly surprised there was never a remake of this game or that the character isn't as Iconic as Ryu. It's only spoken highly of to everyone I talk to and I have fond memories of it as well. I think I was too young but the furthest I got was to stage 2

Yes its Hellstrike the last boss from Golden Axe 3. I thought the Cerebus sprite was the best looking sprite in the game but also the easiest to beat,.Hellstrike on the other hand was almost impossible, hes a bullet sponge.
Its pretty good fun this one, theres also a hard mode with new levels and bosses. Ive yet to complete it though, this playthrough was on normal and it was a challange, the last boss is painfully difficult
Eh? Why change all the enemies and bosses, the game looks ultra smooth but the changes to the sprites ruin it for me ☹️ the end is still the same though where the pigeon turns into the homosapien.

I'm getting a little Golden Axe vibes mixed with Altered Beast.
A lot of the enemies have their sprites taken from Cadash.
