    If your floors are ruined already. You might as well use it. If you floors are in good shape. Have them treated professionally, or use the methods that professionals would use. Floor men will only use a buff and recoat method. That means we will use a buffing machine over the existing finish, make touch-ups, then put additional coats of finish. If for some reason your floors are wax. We would go ahead and wax them. These over the counter supermarket gimmick finishes make it impossible for a professional maintenance after you put that down. Short version. Don't use it

      This is not a product to mess around with. It’s SO acidic to items that are not hardwood so make sure you remove everything out of the room or it’ll all dissolve instantly like my furniture and wires clearly did 😓

    Don’t keep using this stuff it looks great at first but after years of use it will build up many many layers of wax and will look scratched and dull and you will have to use wax stripper to get it off. I just stripped my engineered hard wood and it brought them back to original.

    I’ve put down miles of real hardwood floor. If you can’t resurface the floor to remove stains and scratches this will give you a stained scratched shiny floor. At least get an estimate for resurfacing the floor. It may be less than you think. Resurfaced floors sealed with clear shellac are beautiful. Also you change shade with stain.

    It depends on traffic, if you use to much polish you it will create a waxy residue that causes the wood to look bad If you apply to much over the years it going to be impossible to get off. You didn't save anything. Rejuvenate is like a wax and will end up with residue on what would have been beautiful hardwood floors. The cost of hiring someone like me to remove the rejuvenate is expensive. Your floors will get murky and dirty looking. The natural beauty of your floor will be hidden underneath the murkiness of Rejuvenate and the layers of poly underneath that. The correct way to make your floors shine without having to completely refinish them is to have a pro do a screen & recoat. Now you'll need a wax removal then a screen and recoat

    • @deputyduffy
      @deputyduffy 2 года назад +12

      It saves from hiring someone like you, They will make them shine for $ 25.00 so when you move in and cover your floors with furniture and throw rugs like most people do, the little flooring still left showing will at least shine. Most people will be happy with that.

    • @davewhiting9730

      @@deputyduffy Make it shine? For how long? Wax on hardwood floors is a haven for just about anything and everything our shoes, feet or pets can come in contact with. They're easy to scratch and become murky looking very quick. You know, people will pay more to get a better hamburger but when it comes to things like our floors, many want to go the cheap route. Fine with me.
