Crème Brûlée

Welcome to my channel! I wanted to share this recipe because it is so simple, and delicious!
You will need:
3 cups of heavy cream
1 vanilla bean pod
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
6 6”  ramekins
Pre heat oven @ 325 degrees
