I like the new video style, but I also like the former ones as well. I am content either way. I would not like them to be too terribly rushed as that makes it less enjoyable. This video was not too rushed, so I feel it was just right with pacing.
A cool tip I’ve seen and tried as well. If you don’t have a torch or a broiler, you can burn some sugar in a sauce pan until it turns that golden brown color and pour it over the cold crème brûlée. This topping is much thicker than the torch method but it looks very cool because it’s glass-like. Something to try if you don’t want to invest in a torch.
I LOVE how you teach cooking. Your sense of humor keeps me smiling, AND I'm learning how to cook some delicious things to serve to my diners. Thank you!! :)
You cooked up a great recipe for Valentine's. Natasha you always provide us with the right recipes for right seasons and thank you ever so much for that and wish you all the very best!
What a treat it was to watch & listen to this entertaining video. I love this presentation Natasha. I'm 68 and honestly, if I had to feed myself, I'd have a hard time finding the door to the kitchen let alone knowing what to do after I entered. With that said, I am motivated to attempt this recipe as my wife & I both love crème brulee. Wish me luck.
Making this for the first time for my mothers 75 th birthday this weekend! It’s her favorite dessert so a little nervous! The most entertaining cooking video I have seen! You are awesome!!
I thought I followed instructions to a tee but it didn’t set and was so watery! Help! What are some things that could have caused this? Not gonna give up! Again, love your videos!
Wow! The recipe is delicious, too sweet and irresistibly exquisite. There's one thing or two to add about the mini torch and the flamethrower... When you held the two weapons of destruction, it reminds me of a song that goes, "She's on fire, fire, fire, fire, fiyaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!" (Head nod) That's my sister's song! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Amazing video and personally I love Creme Brule. I've tried these delicious deserts about 3 years ago at a buffet restaurant, and I'm mouthwatering talking about it, the meal was delicious!
Hey Natasha, Rudebug here! well I have made these multiple times and every time they turn out awesome! This is my favorite dessert by far, and I never ever thought I could make these myself. As I always say, you make all these recipes SO EASY! Thank you for that. keep up the fun!
Wow! This would be a great Valentines treat for your sweetheart! Thanks Natasha! Happy Valentines 💝 Day to you and your sweetheart, and all your subscribers! ❤️💙💜💖💗💘
Delicious, great job again! BUT If you don't have a torch (like me), just melt some sugar in a nonstick pan and pour it over the top, it will set like you torched it.....enjoy 😁
She is not only a brilliant cook but how refreshing and super funny and quirky!! Loved to watch this and yes my favourite desert having a French grandma , how can you not be ?
I love the humor! I made your last recipe for creme brulee from a few years ago and it became a fave! I gotta make this again for Valentines Day! Please make a video for flan... Thank you! 😋
Good morning Natasha!! I couldn't stay for the live, I had some important calls come in. I love this clip! The humor just went big and bold. I'd like to see more of that. I'm already looking forward to next week.
I was thinking the same thing, I was too busy watching the entertaining video. If you are having a rough day just turn on Natasha's video's and you will be smiling in no time, Now back to re watch the video and look for sharky
in my professional experience we used shallow ramekins so that the ratio of crust to custard was higher...for pots de creme and panna cotta a regular deeper ramekin is better...also if using whole beans then a one hr steep is needed...ditto for cinnamon or lemon grass etc
Wow, I still remember watching a creme brulee video of yours 8 years ago. You were at your old house and pregnant! I'm glad to see how far you've come. You're recipes are incredible and videos always entertaining. More success to you! ❤❤❤
Well i am epic at Filet mignon and chimichanga, Spaghetti. Also Home made brownies. Time to learn deserts. Thanks for the easy to follow recipe and may your voice never change.
Hi Natasha! I am watching your videos with excitement and curiosity because I love Cooking.I love watching you and your family.I really love your sweet Daughter.I hope you get more and more Subscribers because You deserve that. From all of those videos I espicially love your recipes of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo.Hope You and Your Family have a Great Future.
Love all your recepies. Last week I made Panna Cotta and it came out great. I make Dutch Baby all the time, but I always make the batter in the blender and heat the pan on top of the stove with 3 tablespoon of butter and add sliced bananas all over the pan bottom. cook for 2 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon and add the batter. Then put in the oven. You can use sliced apples also.
LMAO, I did not spot Sharky because I was too busy laughing!!! LMAO. This is one of my favorite videos comedy-wise. So funny. The small hands, LMAO. '' You can add Cayenne Pepper if you have no idea what you're doing '' LMAO. Ok, let me breathe a bit here. I love crème Brulée also & have the Ramekins but never took the time. ♥ I went back to look for Sharky & did not see him. He must be swimming in deep, in that Crème Brulée. Watch out!
@@Natashaskitchen It was great!! I had to adjust the cooking time a little, I suspect because I should have had the hot water ready to pour immediately and I didn't, but the flavor it was SO much better than what we purchased in the store.
I didn’t realize there was a longer video! I saw the shortened one on Instagram & didn’t know you were still making the longer ones, which I much prefer! Is there any way to link the longer ones on Instagram as a reminder to check RUclips? And your comment about using macaron money to buy more eggs was hilarious!
I love this new video. It was so entertaining! I'm going for a Costco run today and will pick up extra eggs so I can make these for my family. Hopefully they have eggs today (LOL). And making macarons with the egg whites as a side hustle to afford to buy more eggs???...Hahaha, that was awsome! Thanks, Natasha! 😋🍰

Creme brûlée has always been my fave dessert!! It’s all about that topping crack. 🙌
So good!
@@Natashaskitchen Hey Nat, just wondering if I can use a regular, plumbers torch for that recipe?
@@TermlessHGWshould work! In fact I’ve heard that that would be better than a kitchen torch bc the kitchen ones are really weak
