My sesame seed, sweet, buns

- These buns are delicious, light, and sweet.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm milk 105-110 degrees
1 stick of butter unsalted (room temperature)
1 egg
4 tsp of yeast ( active dry)
1 1/2 salt (I use Kosher salt)
4 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of condensed milk
Starter
6 cups of bread flour
✨For starter✨
Mix 2 tbsp of bread flour with two tbsp of warm water 110 degrees & add 1/2 tsp of yeast(active dry yeast) Allow your starter to sit out at room temperature for 8 hours. Store it in the fridge overnight, then use it in your recipe the next day. Before you use your starter make sure it is at room temperature.
