13:20 - lol l feel ya! I told my husband about how disgusted I am that a lady that I follow who is my age and recently lost a ton of weight (180 lbs!) do 3 cartwheels in a row! For the first time since she was a kid! But- u have never been 300 something pounds before but I KNOW that I’d fall flat on my face! I’ve lost allll my muscles due to illness, and boy being able to move much . Now I’m up and about trying t rebuild alll my strength from the bottom up. It’s difficult. But what other choice do I have right?! Not down “withering away 🪄 “ laying in bed till I eventually die. But yeah- back to cartwheels! 😂 ! Can you do a cartwheel, Bill? 😜🤪🐽 hahah!
I can do a cart wheel, it's not as pretty as a woman can do but I can do one. That's about all just one..lol but rebuilding strength and flexibility takes time just like every thing else in life. And I am no spring chicken any more so it's going to take a little longer than say if I was thirty. But I am really happy with the progress I am making and to be honest if it takes a year that's fine, I have spent a year or longer doing other things that were not good for me, so I don't mind it taking time.
i know everyone has their favorite supplements but: beta alanine, L glutamine, creatine, and BCAA will make it so you wont ever get sore for workout. i do that because i hardly ever workout and then when i take that for workout, no more sore.
Well I just started this new stretching routine and I push myself harder than any one else ever could. it won't be long and I won't be getting sore like this any more. you know not that long ago I used to be able to darn near do the splits, I just need to get that flexibility back again.
The rain hits you and at speed that hurts if you are not wearing a full face helmet and jacket, but snow is alright as long as it's not sticking to the road, when it starts to stick to the road then the road get's very slick and it's not good for riding because if you slip out and crash that will hurt a lot worse than the rain...lol
The video looked and sounded perfect I could see how windy it was but I couldn’t hear it at all
right on I'm glad it's working well, I could still hear a bit of wind while editing the video but not that bad really.
