Hi Lauren, you are one of those RUclipsrs I wish would post more often, but in this latest video, I think you exceeded your usual production values and also delivered a raw, uncompromising and honest view of life in the forest. I feel for you. I am tired of the city and would dearly love to go to the forest. I do have a small cabin at the bottom of my gardem that I could convert to overlook the woods, but I am still in the city and also it would be unlikely I could just be my 'new' self (as I head towards my first whole year on HRT0. Will you be coming back to city life then? I hope, as the title suggests, that you are not the one afraid to start over, but I would totally understand it if that was the case. All the best to you! The first part of this reminds me of a book I have not read yet: After the Ecstacy, the Laundry by Jack Kornfield.
Cocooning is nice. I keep worrying that I am hiding rather than staying where I need to be, in stillness, but whenever I am at peace, I feel that this is where I need to be for now, just appreciating existence like a leaf in the stream.
