  • Bears, Wolves, Bison, and More! Yellowstone & Grand Teton - WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY VLOG
    In this wildlife photography vlog, I photograph a variety of different animals in and around Yellowstone National Park. Much of the vlog is spent filming and photographing grizzly bears in Yellowstone, bison in Yellowstone, and I even get the opportunity to a photograph a grey wolf. Pronghorn and mountain goats are photographed as well, and I travel around Wyoming looking for wildlife to photograph in both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

I’ve been going to Yellowstone for many years and I haven’t seen near as much action as you have in a short period of time it looks like. Thanks for spending the time to put those videos together

    Nature not music does not help. Music steels nature natural sound When showing wild animals. areas or mountains its fine. but not when one sees and like to hear animals. Most all the 100s of nature videos are with out music and have much more likes and subs. Like stan mills and many others. Try it but algorithms are ? Good grizz sow Yearling pick.

    Well done 👏 I enjoyed your video & pictures nice shots of the Griz & all the other critters. I myself just returned from the Park only 8 hours away so get to visit 2-3 times per year. This trip it was all about the Elk Rut saw few Griz but they were pretty far off out in the meadows. But I also got to watch & photograph some Sandhill Cranes as they flew into the Lamar Valley amongst the Bison which was something different 😎 Also saw some this Spring when they were still next to their nest with their Colts so maybe these are the juvenile Colts that where in Lamar & found their wings 🙂 Thanks for posting you sure had a Great Summer !

      Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it! Sounds like you had a great trip, sandhill cranes and bison are definitely a unique combo! Its awesome that you are so close to the park, would love to be that close as opposed to about 25 hours of driving for me haha. It was definitely a great summer there - wouldn’t trade the experience I had for anything.

      @wattswildlifephoto  3 года назад +1

      That sounds like an awesome idea! There were a lot of retirees working in our store, the entire staff was basically either college students or retirees. They give priority on jobs to people who can stay longer into the season, so the longer you stay, the better chances of getting the position and location you want. Good luck with that! And yeah, it was the best decision I’ve ever made to go out there for a summer. So glad I went for it.

    hey, i se a canon 1200d (t5) with the 55-250mm. does having a very bad camera reduce image quality? loved your vid

    • @wattswildlifephoto
      @wattswildlifephoto  3 года назад +1

      Having a lower-cost camera and lens can definitely reduce image quality, but it doesn’t mean you can’t take good images. With the right amount of practice and studying of wildlife photography, you can get great photos with any camera. Hope that helps.

    Really enjoyed your video. You captured a lot of wildlife. I laughed at the baby pronghorn rip snorting through the sagebrush. Man they’re fast. However, my favorite was the segment that featured the Obsidian sow and her cubs. We saw them in 2019 when they were here cubs of the year. They were so close to the road the day we saw them. No getting out of the car that day! It was great to see how big they’ve grown. I look forward to your next video.

    • @wattswildlifephoto
      @wattswildlifephoto  3 года назад

      Glad you liked it! Yes the baby pronghorn were insanely fast - it was so fun to watch them race around haha. Would’ve loved to have seen Obsidian sow with the cubs when they were little, that sounds like a great experience. She kicked them out about a week after I saw them so they are off living their adult bear lives now! Obsidian sow was mated by a big boar in June, so hopefully we will see her emerge with new COYs next spring.
