Well, you weren't lying in that channel update video. Thank you for fulfilling the word of improving quality of filming and editing! Wish you many views and subscribers to make it all worth it!
Don you should buy a Kymco 125 agility. I have one & they are really fast (65 mph). It is comfortable & dependable. It would be good for traveling and camping !!! Keep making videos they are great !!
The best add for my Ruckus is the RucRac, which goes on and comes off easily, but gives loads of room on the back! Great video! Hand manufactured in the USA!
Nicely done! I enjoyed the whole vid. I ride a 2019 Ruckus and have wanted to see how the camping possibilities looked. Looks like in spite of the wind and such you pulled it off well!
Lmao😂 ur like me, you pack the kitchen sink. Better to have it an not need it, than to need it an not have it!! Going to get me a one Tigris tent they got some great models look into them, i believe the model i want iscthe cometa.
Congrats on the new Ruckus! I only regret not having a windscreen in the winter but I just bundle up and bear it. Most of the year I don’t need one so I don’t have any recommendations to offer.
I am working out a ride on my ruckus from Lancaster CA to ash fork az it should be a week trip. I do have a question about the side bags were did you get them from? Great video and have a great day.
Those are Chase Harper bags. There’s a video review on my channel of them. I do love them, however, I think I prefer the WildHeart bag as there’s less wind drag and more room. There’s a review on that on the channel as well with a similar load packed for demonstration purposes. Hope you have a great adventure.
Just out of curiosity, does your ruckus’ light dim at lower RPMs? Like a at stop? Then, once you get going again the light back up? Or do they stay the same brightness?
I think this is because when your RPM’s are up, your lights are brighter because the RPM’s raise the voltage on the battery. When you let off the gas, you aren’t putting voltage on the battery.
My 50cc zuma holds a 15 pack of beer with room for other assorted items under the seat. A lot of the time I just throw in a six pack and a bag of ice and close the seat, melting ice drains out the pee hole.
I love the simplicity of camping with little means! A great experience.
You bet. And it’s getting warm enough to start planning more trips. Thanks for watching.
Really enjoying your videos glad there's another ruckus fan I'm loving the crap out of mine
Thanks! Appreciate the comment. The Ruckus is the one bike I’ll keep forever.
Excellent! I’ve done some scooter camping, definitely a fun way to camp.
Thanks! Yes it is.
Love the video, I've been wanting to do something similar with my Ruckus. You've inspired me to give it a go.
Thanks! Good luck on the camping trip and have fun out there. About time for me to get back out there as well.

Appreciate the kind words and for bearing with me as I learn.
You have showed how to exemplify, "The KISS Principal". "Keep It Simple, Stupid". I love it. Keep it up.
Thanks! I appreciate the comment.

I love to see scooter camping. Thanks again for another great video.

Thanks for the great comment! Made my day.

Thanks for the comment. Will definitely have to look into the RucRac.
I just checked that and was expecting to see a rack ON a Ruckus not FOR a Ruckus!🤣👴🏻
"Did you see me just pass someone?" LOL!
It doesn’t happen that often.

Thanks! Appreciate the nice comment. I’m planning a follow up vid on lessons learned but I did have a great time out there.
Nice! I just heard you mention G-Town and RR! Following your channel!
Need to get a cargo rack for the ruckus. Also rig something floor, water/coffee pot/stove etc.
Good times. I wonder if the sleeping bag would strap nicely to the back of the battery Box? Those saddle bags are awesome. Nice video. Thank you..
Thanks! I would have repacked the sleeping bag if I were hard pressed for room but I it was good enough for this trip.
Lmao😂 ur like me, you pack the kitchen sink. Better to have it an not need it, than to need it an not have it!! Going to get me a one Tigris tent they got some great models look into them, i believe the model i want iscthe cometa.
Brilliant. Thankyou. 🙂
Thanks!
Great vid
I have new ruck…gray
Have you ever looked into a windscreen? Have seen a few but not sure which one works out best. Thanks

With the inside of that tent being mostly mesh, I would not like the breezes constantly blowing through. Otherwise, looks like you had a great time.
It was a great time and had a great sleep that night.
This help gives me ideas for my trip next year, do you still use that tent and is it easy to pack it after use?
It was easy to pack. Took me about an hour to figure out how to set it up, though. I haven’t used it since but it was comfortable.
@@Dondular okay good to know I appreciate it

Awesome vid. What helmet is that? Looks cool.
Thanks! I wear an HJC I30.
@@Dondular Thank you. I'm going to look it up.
Where did you get the stickers on your scoot
My wife made them.
this is crazy popular in japan
Thanks! Did not know that.
Where does the gas gauge show up for when it’s low on gas?
There’s an amber light on the cowl below the handle bars that comes on when you have about a liter left (the tank holds 5 liters).
May I ask where did you get your saddle bags
They’re Chase Harper bags. I did a review video on them. Think I bought them through their Amazon store.
Nice
Thanks.
How did you cook the burger ? :)
Very well, thank you.
@@Dondular 🤣
How long was this ride?
Hard to remember it was so long ago. A little over an hour maybe, with morning commuter traffic.
Just out of curiosity, does your ruckus’ light dim at lower RPMs? Like a at stop? Then, once you get going again the light back up? Or do they stay the same brightness?
I think I’ve only noticed my light being dimmer at first start-up.
The headlights are dimmer at lower rpms
I think this is because when your RPM’s are up, your lights are brighter because the RPM’s raise the voltage on the battery. When you let off the gas, you aren’t putting voltage on the battery.
That’s not camping, supposed to have beer.
Yeah. Gonna need a bigger scooter.
