      People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

    No matter how beautiful the view is, it gets boring after a month. I vacationed in Marina for 1 month in 2022.

    Wali bhai, in 1.6mio we can buy around 3 one bed apartment in Dubai.
    By the way, you didn't mention annual rental income of this project.

    I would rather buy an apartment facing scenic natural greenery or mountain view than these apartments facing manmade bricks and concrete jungle. Weather in dubai is also horrible.

    The indian cooperative banks gives 8to9% interest on fd peryear and double around 7.5to8years depends on banks, but you have to check the chairperson of banks and their history but most of coopertive banks in india owned by politicians hence no that much worry and even amit shah owns the biggest cooperative bank of gujrat,bank me paisa rakho or dubai ghoomne jao paisa aap india me raho ya na acc me jama hote jayega

      3176 / sq ft is expensive . Average price is approx 1800/ sq ft in marina area in Dubai marina . I hope this is not subjective . It’s not worth investment .

      @@AB-ck2ov Exactly. And nothing special about the view. Dime a dozen in that area. And pumping it as a short term rental means it has limited capital appreciation. You are paying for the “higher” yield you may get in up front high prices.
      Do not invest in a building. Invest in a community.
