Properties near the airport will have a noise issue. The constant planes going over their houses will definitely be a problem. Mirdiff at the moment is having this issue. That being said, there are still families living in Mirdiff and have got used to it. New families or investors need to consider this point of noise and would it affect their investment.
I live near the airport. I literally see takeoffs and landings from my window. If you’re not below the flight path, you’re just fine. Otherwise, Sound-proof windows is the answer. Almost every developer uses soundproof windows now and days.

It’s the other way around the economic zone taking shape in DSO will impact the demand for The Valley, the government & Emaar work hand in hand
