US migration policy forces Cubans on risky boat trips to Florida

Last month, US President Joe Biden announced strict measures against migrants entering the United States illegally.
It coincides with a rise in migrants entering the US from Cuba.
Thousands desperate to leave the island's failing economy have been making the dangerous trip to Florida in rickety vessels.
