Facts... Now female candidates also don't get their first posting in home state. This year i have cleared ibps po(bank of india) , i got posting in maharashta and my home state is UP😢... I am really disappointed.

Agree bro, I worked in IT company in banglore with good package than ibps po, but there I have to work 15 hours, not kidding 15 hours per day all saturdays include, now after leaving that job I am preparing for banking roles.

By mistake I filled correspondence address in permanent address column and permanent address in correspondence address column in ibps clerk.
Will it cause any problem in documents verification process?
Yes because they will cross check your permanent address with address proof. You can do one thing, before DV, change the address in aadhar.

Lets say
Reality of banking is at level 1
People get so much involved in banking preparations (because of coaching and some nibba reels makers)is that they think this job as level 10
And when somebody says reality about this job or when that aspirant gets the job and experience the real bank job life, they either do the job with dissatisfaction or leave the job for better opportunity
Those who join the job with less expectations or know about this job life beforehand they prepare themselves mentally and sail through the tough banking life
so you should know both the side of a job for which your are preparing for
