I want to hold on to Cash for an entry point based on an indicator /RSI, But for a salaried person with savings of about 150k, I think an SIP may be more beneficial as holding cash for long period. But will parking cash like this provide stable returns?

Here you can do is to create some short time SIP's Or can do RD's so that you can invest some amount of cash punctually then use these saving to buy dips. Also you could contact an investment advisor for informed decision

Ab jiski salary hi 25000 ho, wo kitna save aur invest kar lega. Kam salary me FIRE achieve karne ke liye kam se kam 45-50 saal chahiye hoga. Utna me to inflation kha jaayega saari savings ko. To sabse pahle make sure ki aapki salary monthly kam se kam 1.5 Lakhs ho. Tab aap investment aur savings se 10-15 saal me free hone ka soch sakte hai.

Can someone tell me how did he invested chunks of money in corporate real estate. What's the platform and how do we know whether the product is generating good returns. Do we have to inspect properties manually and what are the risks involved. I'm very much interested in this topic.

5+ Cr out of his 7Cr is in Mutual funds. A market crash wud force him to work again. He should invest 50% max into equity. Rest into gold, FDs and bonds etc.
After a market correction he can reevaluate again.
