Hi Manju jee, I have been following you from some time on your both Channels. i would like to ask you just one thing and if you would ask in return, love to share. I have really Old Chronic, Dirty Constipation. I have tried so many things, after so many experiments. I do not eat outside, i make my food at home and i quite active guy, do exercise like calisthenic. When every try to bulk myself by eating meat and rice, my Constipation comes back. Is there just one solution to it. Recently i've started eating pineapple after my meat and extra virgin olive oil before bed with green tea, it's helping but anymore help. I do not know how to digest carbs like rice or whole meal bread... ??? I think my main issue is Digestion through my guts, intestines (small or big). Please, help .......... ??? 🙂🙂🙂🙂
