@@Youonyouon Try to Re-Install the app. If DOESENT work, try clearing app data and cache, and re start ur phone. Hope that helps :)

@@Youonyouon Hmm.. What app is it? It is most likely the most popular reason. Storage. On the desc, it normally says how much RAM/Storage left you need. For example, if the app is install but it says you need extra space, that might be why. Is it a APK, or a Playstore app?
