In future, probably past 10k i am gonna make exercises videos when i will show my self on camera. But for now, for what you ask me i advice you taekwondo w1 there are a lot of videos and what you have to do in your case its only practice it.
There aren't propedeutic exercises to improve it, you just need to do that. You start trying it slowly, and day by day you have to improve the speed of your kicks!

There s a video about fighting taller player when you said that you have to close the range and now you re saying that you must stay far from bigger oppenent.I just want to know the difference

The difference is on the weight, taller opponent is someone who has a larger range than you, but his kicks are not heavy and they can't press you by pushing.
A bigger opponent, or better, heavier opponent, is slow, he can't catch you and he can only play in his distance, so you can get a better adavantage on him with hit and run strategy.
This strategy won't be so much effective on a taller fighter that is not heavy, because they are fast too, so they only chance against a tall and fast player is to close the distance and strike from a short range

@@taekwondoanalysisvideo Does hit and clinch strategy and wait for referee's Kalyeo work on heavier opponents?
