Great review. The puzzles are a bit frustrating but overall they are perfect for more intelligent gamers, I eventually figured them out and it made me feel so Bright afterwards. This was a great game for 15 bucks.

How much more frustrating than the puzzles in Soma?

@@kpjlflsknflksnflknsa Soma was in a league all of its own lol, Nothing like that. These puzzles are actually based on observations and maintaining attention/memory. Where as in Soma is was based 100% on Obscurity and general lack of useful context :P.

@@deenanthekemoni5567 I see :) I didn't once need to look anything up with Soma. I'm hoping that the same will be the case when I play Observation as I find it really breaks immersion.
Besides Soma (if Soma can even be called a puzzle game), I don't play many puzzle games at all.

I really enjoyed this one, very good 2001: A Space Odyssey vibes. I ran across a strange bug that removed some of my progress with the coolant system, but that was the only bug I really ran into besides a single crash during loading. Can't wait to force my roommates to play it lol.

While EGS is lacking some features (that they'll hopefully add soon), it's totally fine. We're in a Steam plus at least a couple other clients installed world and it will be better in the long run for Valve to have the competition.

Game was absolutely boring as hell. I was looking for a "horror game" not a "fige nights at Freddy's re-skin." Minutes after downloading it, deleted it. I sincerely hope "Observation Redux" is a HELL of a lot more interesting than this. 🙄😒🤦‍♂️
