Exactly how I do mine, legs together, tense the thighs and then tense ass muscles as hard as possible. Clicks all the way through. Then I do lower back by sitting cross legged, grabbing left knee with right hand and putting the left arm directly straight and behind left shoulder. I did a no epidural labor in a tub… right before my daughter came out I heard a very loud pop… and the pain was awful and different from labor… my midwife and mom didn’t hear it but it was so loud to me! I broke my tailbone in that moment and I literally couldn’t sit up for months. Every time I sat for 5 mins the pain was horrible. You might have bruised yours if it’s not the same. Bruising is also pretty painful in this area. Every time I do my glute workout the pain is awful. But I think building muscle helps eventually.
I just did it. And because I scrolled down the comment section for almost 20 minutes trying to find out if it really worked I figured it’s fair I leave mine too. I didn’t get it on my first try; but it’s because you have to focus your mind on tightening the lower back while you’re in that uplifted position, so just focus on getting it right then push down with your leg, and if you get the position right you’d feel that crack you didn’t know you needed
so here is how I crack my tailbone super easy. stand straight, feet shoulder width apart, put most of your weight on your heels and simply try to slide your feet apart (done let them slide) but that's the motion, then try to slide your feet in, that gets me to crack, hope it helps somrbody

Someone hurt me once on the tailbone when i was about 14 years old and i couldn't sit well for many weeks. i got ultrasound i think and it got better. Years later when i went to the chiropractor i let him adjust it.

I am referring to when he makes the videos when he is adjusting..aka cracking certain places if he would say what part hurts or helps is why he is cracking that part to help us define which areas to crack when hurt. If you have right shoulder pain you crack your neck not your hips. Understand its a suggestion to help his videos and viewers.

It’s impossible to “crack” your tailbone. The coccyx is fused to the sacrum. It’s not a movable joint. To back a noise (cavitation) there has to be gas released from the synovial fluid between the joints. This doesn’t exist in the tailbone. The lowest lumbar vertebra meeting with the pelvis is the lowest joint in the back to have this (L5-S1 joint). That is not the tailbone.

i just had a baby naturally in january at home before my husband could take me to the hospital. my first 2 kids were c section babies so my hips didnt have as much splaying or pain while recovering but with this baby i am in so much pain. i have a really bad pinched nerve on the left side thats near the crack and the balljoint of my hip that only seems to get worse. have any tips to help with both issues? i tried the technique for the sciatic nerve and it didnt help, i cant afford to go to a chiropractor
you might want to massage on the pain first. try to massage in this area like in the vid ruclips.net/video/el_s0j9PD78/видео.html or massage anywhere you feel pain. put lots of pressure on it. make sure to put bengay or hot cold ointmint. massage it away.

It's much easier to lie on the floor with ur glutes flush against the wall and ur legs straight up against the wall. U can use the wall for support while u twist ur hips to either side or just chill out with ur legs up for a while and let gravity do the work for u *note* This works best when lying on a hard wood or tiled floor
I could be sitting down and if I get up halfway I could pop it, or if I squeeze my butt while still sitting down it can still pop very loud, its a blessing because it feels nice, and a curse because i do it everywhere, its like an addiction, i have to pop it, and its so loud everyone can hear lmao
