- I suppose I can say I have a tiny kitchen garden. Although my harvest contains of three stawberries, some spinach and a few dusin radishes. I hope this is just the beginning and it will be at least twice as big next (this) year!
Plucking my first homegrown strawberry was however a huge milestone for me. And my 2024 plan is to make a strawberry field!

You did a smash up of renovation on your kitchen. It is so pretty. and organized very well. and your gardening skills are really excellent. You seem very happy. Molto Bene. ciao from Italy
Do you know that you could use the leaves and radish left over to maque a delicius butter? You can use it to garnish a radish or a toast.
Recepy: 1 cup of radish leaves blanch in boiling water; the zest of 1/2 lemon; 5 table spoon of warm cream; and 1/4 tea spoon of pepper.
You put all the ingrédients in an electric robot and mix. You can keep the butter almost 6 months in your new freezer.

Your little veggie patch is paying you dividends! You live in such a very epic landscape, truly beautiful. Your little house is progressing along nicely, it’s nice to be able to alternate between outside and inside jobs. It saves a big job becoming stale and slow in progressing.
There are 3 of life’s pleasures, tasting your first home grown tomato, warmed by the sun. Smelling freshly laundered sheets that have been dried outside in mother nature’s paradise. The final one tasting your first home grown strawberry, all ripe and delicious, just pure scrumptiousness! It’s these little pleasure that make life worthwhile!❤

Did you have to wait 24 hrs before starting the appliance? Usually the manual indicate that for refrigerators. Also, don't hurt yourself trying to prove something. Your work with the house showes your skills and streng well enough. Bra video som vanlig.
No I didn't :O It works as it should, so it seems like it went ok. The freezer was not as heavy as it looked, just unpractical to carry, hehe. Tusentusen takk💛
I’m curious to know when you filmed this? Are you not up in northern Norway? All the leaves are out, strawberries and garden up and it’s only midApril?

I think it’s vinegar, looks like pickled radishes😋
I made pickled radishes and used a basic pickle brime (boiled water, suger and vinegar) and some random spices. I actually just improvised and it did not turn out good, haha! So I will not recommend doing what I did. But I think I used salt, pepper, mustard seeds, bay leaf and carnation. I'll try a simple recipe next time! :)
