We LOVE our Owner's Locker. We have a lot of the same items you mentioned, but also extra hangers, Disney ball caps, pool flip flops, good TP, Ziplocs, scissors, Sharpie, and Uno! So glad we found this service. I like seeing what others keep in theirs for ideas. :-)
Not a DVC member so glad you said that-I LOVE my owners locker-they deliver to area resorts as well-we have ours delivered to Marriot Vacation clubs around the area. Only thing is they aren't allowed to deliver to Universal resorts-but you can go and pick up/drop off; we've done this too. The people who run this are so NICE. We will hop down on ULCC so extra fee for everything-now I can go with a backpack as having stuff in the locker is awesome-full size shampoo/conditioner. sunscreen, towels (for beach trips), water pitcher, FS alcohol bottles, park resuable (freestyle) cups, ziploc bags. The tackle box is fantastic for all those condiment packs that you collect through a visit too.
Well I have been waiting for this vlog and boy it did not disappoint, who knew I would be so excited about a plastic tub (!) . You really do fit a lot in there, and that could save a lot on excess baggage. Thanks Jen, worth looking into I think.

So excited! We finally took the leap and got our locker as we'll be staying for the first time at GrandFlo's new DVC rooms next month! The DVC deal is unbeatable right now, too!

This is a very good idea. Toiletries, first aid and other little things make packing a nightmare. This is a great way to deal with the problem of transporting liquids in carry-ons for people who don't check their luggage. I can see how this could be wonderful for a family. I LOVE how you prioritize making sure you can open your wine bottles with ease! Personally, I love screw top bottles and decent box wine when I'm on vacation and perhaps drinking a bit more!

Thank you so much for making this video, Jen! As a new DVC member, this is something I've been thinking about doing. Maybe not the most cost efficient for us, but not having the hassle of checking luggage might balance out the cost.
I heard you mention this and looked into it after we became DVC members last year. We have our first big trip coming up and I’m already pulling things and buying things for our owners locker. I think it will be so helpful. We already have so many things already in our travel bin that are Disney-specific or things that make travel with kids and chronic illness easier and then things like toiletries that all start to add up when packing. It will be so nice to have to have a much shorter packing list each time and less to bring through the airport.
We have one. Love it. We have to pay for checked bags. So this has really saved us. We keep extra clothes in ours less to pack. Sweatshirts, make up, hair care, water, toothbrush/toothpaste… even soda. Love the service.
I love the idea of the owners locker! I am toying with idea of getting one for our annual Christmas trip. We like to put a small tree in our room and some lights. Our family has specific items we only wear to the MVMCP, Christmas Ears, etc...I'd also pack a fan and a Brita water filter, (great idea!). I thought you had an Owner’s Locker! I think I need to overhaul ours, I’m sure lots of expired stuff in there. And ours is purple… need to check if I’ve been getting the DVC discount. 🤔
Remember to consider expiration dates & the tendency for some liquid products to “separate” when they sit for long periods of time before packing them in your vacation locker.
We figured out with this weekend's trip that we MUST have extra blankets every time now - I just can't stay asleep with the lightweight covers they use :)
Same same same. I’ve started just requesting extra the minute we get there but then tucked an additional one in the locker. I mean, nothing wrong with asking for what we need!
Thank you for the timely video! I'm headed down in 10 days for our 10-day Welcome Home trip and I have been eyeing the DVC offer for Owner's Locker but wondering if I need it when I get two free checked bags per person. Your video helps!
This is such a genius system. But, I kinda got anxious when I saw you had like the pump soap bottle laying in there flat. I ALWAYS but liquids, even if it's a brand new bottle, in a ziploc bag, probably put that bag in another bag just to be sure(yes, I'm a freak :p) and if possible I store them upright, not flat. But, again, that's just me :p
you know you can just get the body wash from like bath and body works to use as soap too.. thats what we typically have in our travel bags.. and its conveniently packed in a squeeze bottle with a snap cap like thing
The cost is very reasonable! And really you can't put a price on reducing the stress of worrying you haven't remembered to pack something for the trip and/or not kicking yourself while paying the hotel gift shop price for something you forgot. Did you opt to use the dividers/grid in the bottom of the locker?

This just seems like a big waste of money. Maybe because I’ve never been and I’m not trying to be negative. I just take a small spinner carry on size suitcase and a backpack. I haven’t traveled since 2019. But for each and every trip I take; I bring the essentials for what I need for each and every trip.

I love mine! I use it every time. The Britta filter makes a world of difference in our ability to stay hydrated (and saves soooo much money).

Having your personal conveniences handy is priceless! We are lucky to have an "owner's locker" at my mom's house 20 minutes from WDW.

We are from the UK and have had our locker for years. It really saves having to pack heavy items like shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
