Just started studying Compliance Management coming from a legal background and this question has been on my mind a lot, thank you so much for this ❤️❤️❤️
Would Request if you can keep your background as same as you were keeping earlier.. like it gives quite a professional feeling and somehow I get your whole content interesting Along with your background 😊
Thanks for this, Getting the interview is not the problem but passing interview is! I struggle with one Question, why do you want to move from Internal Audit to Compliance? I feel like my answer is not good enough 😢 but I will keep trying.
Try articulating it to a friend or family member in just normal everyday language. Once you can explain it in everyday life with the added pressure of interview setting. Then you will be able to explain it in an interview.
I have an interview next week in a healthcare facility for a compliance assistant position. I have recently decided to step out and face my fears for something more. I love to encourage others and am concerned about the safety of others. I would like some advice on what to expect in the interview and how I can prepare for this role. I will also obtain my bachelors in counseling psychology in May of 2024. I know I want to bring a positive change
Hard to say for the Health care sector it depends on the specifics of the job description. Sorry I can't give you a more helpful answer. All the best for the interview.
I would say you need to learn about risk management and speak the language. Its not enough to just know the law. Compliance is a risk management discipline.
@@Lawyerbaejess No recommendation because there are so many out there and your choice will depend on various factors, e.g area of specialisation, industry, country etc. Check out my video on how to choose a certification to help you narrow it down to what will work for you. ruclips.net/video/5Nvrnip9vwI/видео.html
