Your ability to show that you understand is the most important thing...not which course you learnt it from. A specific course is only important for roles that need specialist knowledge and specify the preferred certification.
Is Compliance just like HR dept? Seems HR are only interested in protecting the company. I've reported issues in the past and they don't care, I've caught them in lies stating they reported permanent disability to 3rd party, however 3rd party states they have nothing on file . 😮
