Being something of a guidepost in my transition from a boy to a young man in the 80s, this song holds a very special place in my heart and in my life. You have done it justice and also made an old man happy. Thank you, because as you know "nothing ever lasts forever".
This is a timeless classic that brings back many memories for me. I like that this cover retains the nostalgia of the original yet giving it a more modern tone which just adds to the listening pleasure of this classic. Well done and another one to add to my music list!
You just took me back 35yrs, thank you :) For a few minutes there I was back to a sunday morning in 1985 with the sun shining, me and my wife in our new MR2 with the sunroof out, windows open and playing this in the cassette deck as we drive to Napa valley for lunch at the Mustard grill.

It’s not auto tune. Nataly is just that good. I’ve looked at her vocals through a pitch analyzer. Say, for example, she’s singing a C6 note. She may be a few hertz sharp, or a few hertz flat. Auto tune would lock her on the pitch. Any you would lose so much of HER. It’s those little variations, above and below pitch that make singers SINGERS, and not machines.
