Western Nepal round Tanakpur is an area where foreign tourists rarely go. I did Annapurna trek in 1986 and also trekked around the kumaon. Many areas are off limits due to being sensitive border areas. Great advice and i have nothing but respect and thanks to the kindness. And hospitality of the nepalese people. I miss the himalayas and hindu kush very much.
Dai me and my friend we are planning to Trek manaslu circuit by October 26. Does Nepalese citizens need an permit ? I've completed annapurna circuit throughout its journey I've managed to cross thorongla easily.. It is necessary to do physical exercise like running , jogging etc .? And we are planning to aclatamatize and side trek to mansalu base camp , birendra tal how's the trail , is it well marked?
Firstly, thank you for the comment. If you are planning in October than this is the right time to do Manaslu Circuit Trek. If you have done other trek than you guys are fit enough. Some part of trail is little difficult at this moment but it will be fine and trail is well marked. For Nepali people don't need any kind of permit. Enjoy the TRIP!!

For Nepali, nothing is required. Just you have to have fit and obviously, you need proper trekking gear.
