In my opinion, one of the best looking cars BMW every built. Sad what BMW has become now. I don't care what anyone says, the styling was awesome and to this day its beautiful. Love the interior layout of the instrument panel, all of the controls, the steering wheel. Wish we could go back to those days.
Had mine for 10 years, until someone hit me and totaled my car. Amazingly enough, the car is so solid that I was able to safely drive it away. Unfortunately it didn't pass the safety check. But I totally miss my 535is...the best car I've ever owned.
And,just for fun, what you're going to ask for it...?? I have an Audi 100 C3 -for america were Audi 5000 - in the same ''shape'' but I don't want to sell such a ''jewell''...
I have a royal blue metallic 535is. How did you find the the information regarding the 43 cars made? I knew my color was rare but couldn't find any detailed information about rather it was a limited color, special order, special package etc, etc.
Hi im possibly buying a M30B35 swapped e28 535i locally in the DMV. I was wondering how much you guys would charge to look at it and make sure the swap was done and any possible issues with it before purchasing.
Saab 9000, grabbed the entire cradle so I had everything. Then I cut some material from an extra head liner I had from a E28 so it can be upholstered onto the Saab slider. Thus making everything work like factory.
