OMG just made this, I could eat this every day. Olive Garden has a soup similar with I think potatoes and kale (Zuppa Toscana) but who knows what's in it. THIS soup is devine and we know what's in it! Cream cheese was a good idea rather than half and half. Cream cheese has half of the carbs and has more fat than half and half.
I just had my version of your creamy fish bisque. I make it a bit different everytime but the bone broth and clam juice are always my base. It's super fast, so delicious and zero carbs. I'm recovering from a major abdominal surgery and have not needed ANY pain meds! A tin of sardines is my go to if I'm feeling uncomfortable and it settles the inflammation that is just natural after being through surgery. I saw my surgeon and she offered my a prescription for pain and I refused it. She was shocked that I told her I haven't needed it and my treatment with sardines. I'm seriously not having problems tolerating the healing. This soup will be very good tomorrow. Thanks. ❤❤
In the UK our sausage meat tends to be bland, so I would be tempted to add extra flavours to this, and the beef, but it looks good! Just watching the high winds and torrential rain lashing the windows, and this soup looks like the best antidote.
I always love finding new ground beef recipes. That meat is my fav and I eat it about every day. Thanks for this....I'm looking forward to trying it soon. 🙂

This is definitely something my husband and I both would enjoy as he is not on the same dietary plan as I . I am going to put like a teaspoon of cheddar cheese and some bacon bits and we do use Redmonds salt and pepper or the organic seasoning. I will put a tad of butter in mine! Can't wait! 😋

Oh I gave up on that long ago, haha! Luckily the way I cook and with so few ingredients I just wing it and remember what's in this. A good brain exercise. Also the advantage of being a youtuber is that when I go to make something I check my channel to see if I made it before already and then I can watch myself do it to refresh my memory!
I love your video's Anita, and I love that you try to keep the ingredients to a minimum. I am wondering what to use as a sub for the cream cheese as I am dairy free at this time. Most of the dairy free cream cheeses in Canada are not clean. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks for the video Anita. Looks yummy. I noticed you are wearing a CGM and it looks like a Freestyle Libre. You have an extra adhesive over top of it. Which brand is that? Where did you purchase it? And finally, do you feel it stick well for the 14 days? I’m asking cause I also use the Libre and bought some adhesive covers and they were terrible. Maybe only 2 days before it started to peel up around the edges. Cheers.
I mix mild sausage with beef as well it is perfect for many recipes like cream cheese muffins. 😂 The soup looks amazing I am looking forward to making it and her corn muffins. We have hurricane weather tonight things are picking up.

Unable to find any sausage meat that is not clean enough for me. If anyone has a brand in Canada that doesnt have any harmful ingredients let me know. The only two stores that I have access to is Save On Foods and Choices.

I found a machine, gadget, at the thrift store that cooks only bacon. I picked it up and couldnt figure out what the heck it was for, but the Faint, hint, of bacon lingered in the air. I lit up when I figured it out. Heaven! I drapes the bacon over it and cooks from both sides so its done real fast and has a catcher for the Liquid Gold at the bottom. Its lost in storage right now...booo.
Whatever sausage you can buy that doesn't have all the junk added. The other option is to use ground pork or turkey and add your own seasonings to make it taste like sausage!

We do not eat toxic veggies or deadly fruit that destroys your liver and raises your triglycerides. Ketovore people will eat some veg but they eat very little and only certain ones. 🩷🩷
I gotta say...A WHOLE BLOCK OF CREAM CHEESE, for what is possible 2 adult servings? Thats A LOT OF CREAM CHEESE! I would have to ad more items or sausage to make it double that, for that amount of cream cheese. Double the fluid also, whatever you use. ty xoxo

well the idea of this diet/lifestyle is not to use much seasoning but get the flavor from animal fats, bone broth, tallow

Any ground meat that you prefer can be used. Just watch the ingredients for sugar and fillings.

I bought the sausage meat from SaveonFoods. There were no fillers, just spices. It came in a tube and it is Western Family brand.
