    Inspired by a Super Bowl party spread, I decided to try my hand at making queso for the first time. After scouring the web for top-rated recipes, I stumbled upon one that caught my eye. While I couldn't find all the ingredients listed, I adapted the recipe to fit what's available in Swedish stores.
    Instead of fire-roasted chilies, I used homegrown chilies roasted over a gas burner, adding a unique twist to the dish. Don't worry if you can't find fresh chilies; canned roasted red peppers work just as well.

    90 g (1.5 dl) Spring Onion
    10 g (2 pcs) Garlic Clove
    100 g Tomato
    1 g (0.5 tsp) Cumin

    1 g (0.5 tsp) Garlic Powder
    8 g (1 Tbsp) Corn Starch
    410 g (3.86 dl) Evaporated (unsweetened condensed) milk
    100 g Roasted red peppers
    0.5 g (1 pinch) Cayennepepper Powder
    5 g (0.5 dl) Chopped Fresh Coriander
