Hi Darrin. No sorry we don't. The Zoom Channel is really good. I use Zoom for online teaching and their tutorials are great. There are some really specific videos too so it might pay to search RUclips for exactly what you are needing, i.e. Zoom for teaching online or Zoom for online meetings. I hope this helps :-)

Can I just ask, I copied and pasted emails from To to the BCC. They weren't in my outlook address book however people could still see the emails sent. I was so pissed off as the whole point I'd done that was because of GDPR. Anyone else made these mistakes and your work are understanding or not? Because I didn't know about that. Hi there. Apologies for the late reply. You could try placing these names into a Contacts Group (in Outlook go to Contacts > New Contact Group). Once you have created the group just type the Group name into the BCC field.
My school district uses GMail. I created a group for my classroom. The only way I could send BCC to the entire group was to manually type in each recipient's name until enough of the name showed from my contacts to select that name. I tried typing the group name into the BCC line and it would only input the first person and last person on the list, no one else. If I try to compose an email from the Contacts page and select all from the list, it will take all names and input them into the To field only. I have not found a way to get the names into the BCC field from that screen. So your directions for GMail for sending a BCC email to an entire group are not working.
I wanted to find out how to make the list anonymous and keep the list so in the future I only have to click on the list. Is there a way you can do that video?

A great way to remember that BCC hides the recipients' email address is "block confidential content."

The only way I could send BCC to the entire group was to manually type in each recipient's name until enough of the name showed from my contacts to select that name. I tried typing the group name into the BCC line and it would only input the first person and last person on the list, no one else. If I try to compose an email from the Contacts page and select all from the list, it will take all names and input them into the To field only. I have not found a way to get the names into the BCC field from that screen. So your directions for GMail for sending a BCC email to an entire group are not working.

My coworkers are so stupid that they actually REPLY TO ALL to an email that they were BCC'd on. It creates mistrust and confusion so I don't BCC anyone.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear this. You could try blocking the email. If you use Gmail, open the email and look for 3 dots (top right near the date and time that the email was sent). Click the dots and select "Block
