If you have to pick these 2 set of 3/8 SAE 28-piece and the 3/8 Metric 32-piece. Or you would pick the big one 3/8 & 1/4 SAE/Metric 106-piece. Which set you should pick the 2 small set or the big one??
Scott’s Tool Thoughts I came across some info, the trays have been created by Milwaukee and up for sale at ACME tools. Originally made for a packout set but also sold individually although it’s pre-order for the tray alone. www.acmetools.com/shop/tools/milwaukee-48-22-9486t
Nice video sir. Although 100 bucks for a Chinese made socket set is a bit steep. The old USA made craftsman set was about 1/5 of the price ( minus the nice organizer). Funny when they move production of goods to China, how it always starts out that it's cheaper, but ends up being more expensive once all the domestic competition is gone. Rant over, sorry. Hopefully you enjoy your socket set and it was money well spent. Any update on hearing back from channellock? How are you enjoying your 430x pliers?
@Repair Man well, there is the people's republic of China, and the republic of China ( Taiwan). But I'm not going to debate post ww2 Chinese history with you. Yes they are two separate countries for the time being at least. My point as to the quality was this- are they US made tools? With American labor? American steel? But since you seem to be so fond of them, you buy them and be happy with them. To each their own.
Hello Scott! That sure is a beautiful set! The finish inside the sockets is among the best I have ever seen! Great stuff! Thanks!!!!!!
Thank you sir! It is beautiful chrome, isn’t it? I wonder who the OEM is. Maybe Capri tools? As always, I remain a big fan of your videos!

Wow its the 4th of August and what a year
I think a lot of Milwaukee hand tools are made in Taiwan, nice set for the price, there locking pliers/vise grips are made in Taiwan as well...
I feel Milwaukee should create these trays for sale. Many of us have bought the pack out system and hand tool sets.
I agree!
