Pineapple upside down cake super easy and delicious 🍍

In a saucepan melt 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar…. Melt it and mix together on medium low heat..do not let it burn!!
Add into the pan you will be using.
Add sliced pineapples and cherries. Set aside
For cake-
Dry ingredients-
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients-
1 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
2 large eggs
4 Tbs pineapple juice (from can)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth then spread over the pineapple and cherry slices ..
Bake on 320 degrees for 50-55 minutes
