Discovered some good music here. I love these gospel albums but they’re usually worth so much money that I end up selling them when I do find them. Still got my NM Pastor T.L. Barrett LPs tho.
Much love, Ahki. This is a shoutout from former director of the Universal Zulu Nation Germany, noone before, noone after. Everything you showed is where it's at, where it's from. Peace and be blessed in this stupid hard times. We the real folks will survive. Don't let anyone come between you and your universal family. We stand as one truth un-devided, black, white, yellow, red or brown! PEACE
Great video, great taste. There aren´t too much records to give a total 10. With the most I agree with you. With the Power of Attorney & the TOP LP I´m not so sure. And the first Kool & the Gang I would replace with their PJ´s or sex machine album, that I personally like more. Other funk/soul records that I would give a 10 are Sly Stone-Dance to the music; Cleveland Eaton & the Kats- Half & Half Vol 1 on cleantheir; the Sir Joe Quarteman LP; Mandrill - Mandrilland; the first Southside Movement LP; Invaders- Spacing out; partial the 2 Roy Porter Soundmachine LP´s; also partial Carl Sherlock Holmes; D.Hathaway Live; RAMP; Harlem River Drive and of course some of the roy Ayers/ JB`s/WAR and Meters stuff. And some from Europe: Airto Fogo, Lafayette Afro Rock Band- Malik; Jean Claude Pelletier Streaking; Dibango- Africadelic; Reality on Pink Elephant; Godchild for example. The two ABC Peacock LP´s are really good. Another one on that label that is also great is the Paul Owens & the capital City Stars - Jesus is on the mainline.
Tubes are not easy to come by...those are still good which is amazing...you might have some hard to find ones in that box...and the vinyl is crazy...I love your channel...I subbed bro....keep it coming

I found that Bohannon record at a thrift store for a 1$ in vg + condition a few years ago then a week ago found another one in near mint condition for 5$
I think I have one or two of those Sputnick records from when I first started digging while I was at Howard. Good to know the background on the mark ups! Any plans to do new videos? I'm loving watching you talk about joints in your collection that I haven't heard before.
Yeah Sputnick was heavy in this area...and yes...Im planning to start back up next week. Its been years since my last video and I have many grails and new music to share.....
