Hi, I just wanted to say this video was a fantastic source for me I had an interview for a CYPWP last week and have been successful! So thank you so much!
Hi Helena, thank you for commenting! I’m so glad this video was of use to you and that you found it helpful! Congratulations on getting your post too! Wish you good luck for the future!
@@eleanorpsych4870 Ah thank you, Eleanor! It really was a great help. How are you finding your training post so far? I start in January. Best of luck to you too.
@@eleanorpsych4870 Ah glad you're enjoying it. I start my post at the end of January. Thank you so much! And congratulations on finishing your course - I hope it was OK especially during covid. I think I'll likely be attending uni virtually for a little while.
Hey Eleanor, thanks for this it was really helpful! Im currently a camhs support worker and looking to apply to the PWP trainee programme later this year, do you recommend anything else needed for the application?
Hi, glad it could help! I think that will put you in a really good position to apply! It’s all about how you talk about your experience and what you’ve learnt from it and how that will add to you becoming a practitioner! Good luck!
Hi Eleanor, I have an EMHP trainee interview in a week and we have a young persons panel, can you remember what you were asked/what you did? Thank you for the video its helpful
@@strawberriwitch8295 yes I was thanks. The questions were really typical. Only one that tripped me up was about a time you've worked with diversity or a different culture. How you have adapted and how that has benefitted the young person. Good luck
@@winnyscorner hi, I don't have a guide but stick to the job description. Evidence everything they are asking for. So any essential criteria, use an example of when you have used that skill and how using that skill gave a positive outcome for the patient/client. If you don't have an example just make one up or think of someone else's situation as an example. There will be more detailes videos on here I am sure though. Good luck
