I always felt that the Prometheus film held immense philosophical potential regarding the meaning of existence and life. Shaw, a believer in God, is unable to have children. Weyland sees himself as equal to the gods, having created David. David, in turn, questions his creator and looks down upon them. The only thing I want from a future Alien movie is to see Engineers again. To be honest Romulus was great. *EDIT for the next people, who might interpret my remark regarding "Alien: Romulus" wrongly: Romulus was done in a way to match into Ridley Scott's Alien timeline and not contradict future plans of his. As far as I'm concerned, that's enough. Not to ignore the obvious fact that it actually drew much inspiration from the original Alien's plots, characters and environments. You could feel that it's taking place in the same universe, while all of the other Alien movies coupled with the Predator crossfires make no sense, with enormous amount of plot holes and were totally oblivious to Ridley's vision. So yeah, when I say it was great, that's just my informed and well-considered opinion. Prometheus was Ridley's redemption and ressurection of this mindlessly directed franchise. Romulus doesn't get in his way and also establishes clear connections with his plotline, while telling another story - the story of Rain.

Becomes clear he’s merging bio mechanical android components into her with schematics n experience strewn about making a half human half android hybrid out of her.
Scene changes to xenomorph eggs in chambers with the comatose settlers like alien vs predator chamber
David is making her half android so the xenomorph born within her are also half android creating the Geiger look we all know and love about them - giving them immortality. She’s to be the queen of it n the ppl are to be drones to make her nest n become ovomorphs
Meanwhile, both humans and engineers are hunting David down
The movie plot then peaks with a outcome of David, drone xenomorphs,vs humans n engineers until tbattling it out to an agreement to continue to live problem free from engineers so long as they refrain from making androids and xenomorph s …
Only for a human crew member on the fighting good guy side to steal a drive with information to sell it to Waamd yutani sparking the franchise plot of their ulterior motives of researching n wanting to obtain xenomorphs
Sonething like that… lol hire me Hollywood !
Thank You Kroft🙌🏽🌌✨
follow the ENGINEERS !
this reminds me of "one for you, one for me" , when directors make a highly commercial movie then return the 'the artwork' every other time
alien lore is so interesting.
I want to see more about black goo, the first deacon, engineers and David
Great analysis 👍
The Engineer story is really why I'm still invested in this franchise...
Great vid👍🏻
Must have more engineers
Honestly I thought Romulus was crap.
Hearing the director of Alien Romulus comment on not making a sequel to it simple as a cash graph and that any future story would need to "fit nicely" into the canon is hilariously tone deaf to the writing catastrophe he himself created.
its great tp hear from you again,,i love the alien series from ridley , this new film will get me to go back to the cinema ,
Hello Kroft. Guys is here.
6:10
Infighting between two breeds of Xenos was also explored in *AVP Extinction* videogame.
If we get a conclusion to the david arc, i will be so happy.
I assume the plot will be posing a bunch of questions, answering none of them and pushing DEI every chance they get. The aliens will be a side story.
Kroft is the man!! So much information, how do you find this?!
I really hope we get it, the fan base deserves this
2:03 you cannot be serious lmao
Yeah that was a funny joke lmao
Right I'm going to be negative and predict its gonna be a let down. If I'm wrong I will come back here and I vow to do a thousand pushups. (Over 3 days).
I hope Alien will not and never be marvelized . And I am very impatiant to see what David has accomplished. 7 year since Covenant has been released, exactly the time annouced by captain of the covenant to go the primarily target. Can't wait to see the movie.
Love to see Ridley doing more sci-fi of any sort but in particular Alien.
Scot tripping about Aliens 2, still the best in the series..
All I want is a trilogy movie adoption of the "Earth War".
Yes i want Adult version of Rebecca Newt Jordan/Billie from Aliens Earth War To Be My Blonde Girlfriend👨🏾👩🏼👨🏾👩🏻👩❤️💋👨👩❤️💋👨😍😘❤️💗🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💍💍

@@tovsteh yes i want an Adult version of Rebecca Newt Jordan Billie To Be My Girlfriend in Aliens Earth War movie/TV series 👨🏾👩🏼👨🏾👩🏻👩❤️💋👨👩❤️💋👨🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I haven’t been waiting for alien awakening 😂😂
More Engineers please 🙏
Disney listens to fan base???WTH bro are you serious?
fingers crossed, i want to see it!!!!
About time! We NEED the 3rd movie of the trilogy. Loved "Prometheus" and "Alien Covenant" and have been waiting for "Alien Awakening" ever since the 2nd came out. The wife and I absolutely Love 💕 all the "Alien" movies.
We just bought "Alien Romulus" a cpl days ago and I even bought the 1 I've been putting off for years because of how dark it is and you can't see much in the crossover world with "AVP2". WE owned the first "AVP" for years but I said screw it the other day and bought it to finish off our collection. Can't wait for "Alien Awakening"!!!!
Can’t wait to see the next installment!
I really hope Awakening happens, I don't like the main line Alien movies but Prometheus and Covenant I do like.
Please enjoy that island that you're on
@@Raiderhater-m7k please enjoy never using your brain and watching a xenomorph kill boring characters over and over in the same three ways for the remainder of the franchise.
I want paradise lost the real version
I love the Alien universe. I hope Uncle Ridley Scott concludes this universe in a magnificent way. I'd love to see David's fate and the Engineers again. I've been waiting for Alien: Awakening for years, honestly.
Hail David!
"No one understands the lonely perfection of my dreams. I've found perfection here. I've created it. A perfect organism." ― David
Will engineers appear in this new movie? And when will it be released?
The track “Life” in Prometheus SLAPS.
Some good digging in here. Alien : Awakening would be great to see then Romulus sequel.
The only thing I want from a future Alien movie is to see Engineers again. To be honest Romulus was great.
*EDIT for the next people, who might interpret my remark regarding "Alien: Romulus" wrongly:
Romulus was done in a way to match into Ridley Scott's Alien timeline and not contradict future plans of his.
The problem with new generation of moviegoers you're too easily amused and you take s*** movies and think they're great it was barely average barely
Romulus was a slap in the face to anyone who actually paid attention during Prometheus.
@@Raiderhater-m7k That exactly. 2024 sucked so bad for movies that Romulus was just the least shitty thing released.
Calm down Romulus was ok, not great in any way 😂
@@NotMorganFreeman. I agree with this observation, I don't think that there's any disagreement here. However, there's something to take in mind here. Can't wait!!
Instead of an occasional film with years in between, the franchise should be a many hour series
lol Ridley saying that Aliens is included in the franchise being ran into the ground is hilarious. It’s probably better than Alien.😅
CG Rhino's didn't work so well, hunh?
praying he retcons some things of Covenant
I'm looking forward to the TV series spinoffs, 'At Home with the Engineers', and 'Keeping Up with the Engineers'.
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!!!!!
