@#1_Liar きもっ is what they kept saying in the video. きもい (kimoi) is slang for 気持ち悪い (きもちわるい) (kimochiwarui), which means "gross" or "cringe-y". This きもい is also shortened to きもっ(kimo-), where the い is dropped and the word cuts out. I don't know if you've come across words like いったい (ittai), いっしょ (issho), or まったく (mattaku), but this small っ doubles the following consonant. When it's not followed by anything, it sounds like you cut yourself off, which is often how interjections are shortened.
If you listen closely to their reaction to the Anime guy in the video, you'll hear them say きもっ, and hear how they cut out the い and seem to pause on the も sound. It's very similar to the pause we make in "kitten"
