I love how you have the anime protagonist interacting with a normal japanese citizen for the double contrast. Just looks infinitely sillier as everyone tries to go along with their day.
He is using the shounen breathing technique, it is where he controls the air with thinking and the brain cells hallucinate your voice and breathing that when you're not hallucinating anymore The brain is used to the hallucinated voice that it becomes ur actual voice
The fact that 80% of the time the anime character just stands there like his world has fallen apart is just perfect. That's how the exagerated comedy scenes look like without the special effects, the sound design and the ethereal voices reflecting the thoughts of the character. XD
At 3:25 you can so clearly see how the anime character is trying his hardest not to lose his shit at his own stupid stunt, its hilarious. I also love by the end of the video how absolutely done the normal guy is with his shit. He just straight up didn't want to see the magic trick😂

This could work as the premise of an anime. It takes place in a Shonen anime world, but one of the main characters is a regular guy but his roommate and best friend is the edgy character of a shonen. It would show their everyday lives, the shonen char coming back late because of a fight, the regular char going to work. Maybe show other anime archetypes interacting with the two main characters as friends, there are lots of archetypes we can use. Like the childhood friend, the femme fatale, the tsundere, the energetic best friend, the super smart guy, ETC. Then there is the shonen villain that harasses the edgy shonen char and the other shonen archetypes, and sometimes uses the regular characters as hostages, forcing the shonen chars to fight him. That would give us some pretty awesome fight scenes
