    i love stuff like this, i did a cellular modem for my raspberry pi from a solder together kit. who ever wins just remind them to use proper flux as bad flux will ruin even the best solder job. :)

      I'm still pretty green with them myself except for the very basics. I think the flea scope would be a good intro to things and even pretty darn useful as long as what you are trying to do fits within the capabilities of it. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Really neat kit, Jamie! Question: I was catching up on some of your Hackerbox videos and saw you working through Windows drivers/specific items. Do their kits generally include instructions for Linux too? Thanks for sharing!

    • @JamiesHackShack
      @JamiesHackShack  3 месяца назад

      Many of them don't specifically call out Linux instructions. I think I've done some stuff for these here and there on Linux when that is what was close at hand. Some of the Linux stuff is easier than Windows these days. Using a package installer to get Arduino/etc. And like for this specific thing it just needs a chromium based browser to work. Should work the same on Windows/Mac/Linux/phones tablets I'm guessing. Thanks for watching and your question!

    I don't need a scope but I'm sure I need this. I have all sorts of Arduino and ESP stuff going on mostly in R/C cars and FPV projects, there are like cheap robots. My radio gear is mostly Arduino and Nrf24. I have been waiting to jump on the PIC train. Is it time and if so, should I start here?
