Im planning on using a D&H PD10MU, the manual says where to connect a buffer capacitor. Would I still need the Zimo Stayalive Controller? The trains are old H0e Egger Bahn Engines, not a lot of space in there.
Amazing that this can be fitted inside the loco even if the sound and stay alive have to be tucked in the cab. A couple of loco crew will help hide that. Is the Stay Alive available for these on its own to run on DC or does it only work with DCC please?
@@Tramfabriek Hi Sven, you could built an condensator also in analog engines. Did that during my HOe times Problem is, the condensator must be larger than with DCC. Steffen

Stayalives only works with DCC. Sorry for the late reply, didn't see your message.
