And got away! He managed to pull off this trick to evade helicopters only because he did not have police cars on his tail. IN that tunnel he managed to leave this car in a calm fashion perhaps, and walk away in a casual way. Easily blended with pedestrians. Possible to catch him if the tunnel had the security cameras.
He could have gone in someone’s room even though residents are not suppose to have guest or he could’ve been a resident himself. It’s housing for homeless with voucher ask CHRYSALIS.
He probably was thinking...nice test drive....good acceleration....handles good in the curves.....no excess noise....nice turn radius. After 20 minutes, he decided he didn't want the car so he parked it where it could be found.
When that Roy’s Royce made that U-turn and went the other way, you already know that they was on the phone with someone and probably got out the Royce Royce, and went into another car in the tunnel. When you look at it, five or six cars came up at tunnel at the same time after two minutes. They probably waited for a few cars to drive through and drove out the tunnel with the rest of the vehicles.
I just wanna point out something that nobody else here has touched on. It’s not just because the people in the helicopter couldn’t see him. It’s also because the police were not hot on his tail. And the fact that this vehicle was stolen, means that the police won’t be able to trace it back to him. So what does all of this mean? It means that he’s plan only worked under very specific circumstances. Which isn’t going to be the case most of the time .

I had Phantom, and it drove like a really nice tank 😂. Mine was an 06, but the latest models handle much better. To be honest, I didn't really like driving it, and it attracted way too much attention, good and bad. But mine was Chad Ocho's and was on 26-inch wheels that really killed the ride. Made a little on it, though.
I had a 2019 Lambo Aventador LP I was surprised how it handled not bad for a Lambo I got rid of it my family couldn’t all fit inside it so end up buying a home instead

At least the Rolls-Royce got spared any damage however I do not want to be the next owner of that particular car would you. My thought when they were chasing the car is I own a Rolls-Royce that is a gas Pig all they got to do is wait it's going to run out of gas. But the guy was smart and you ditched the car in the parking garage away from that helicopter, you can even check in in the hotel and go stay in a room for a week and Order room service and they may never find the guy and he's just sitting up there relaxing in his room waiting on room service to bring lunch.
