I'm the same. The Gurumeister is top of his game with funny content aswell.Atleast I find it funny even if it's not meant to be.I enjoy detailing my car even though not to these extents but will spend at least a couple of hours plus on the bodywork.
You don't owe us any explanations for the way you work. None of us could have done that job any better. Thanks for taking the time to film it for us to enjoy.
That color reminds me of your former Guru Mobile in the Polestar Blue. Had I lived near you, I would have bought that car from you. That Polestar Blue is my all time favorite color on a Volvo. Although this Miami Blue is pretty sweet too. Glad to see the owner is actually enjoying his toy rather than letting it sit in a garage or a collection and hardly ever get driven. Even being a rare Porsche that will most certainly will be a collectors item sooner rather than later! They probably already are! If I had a supercar, I would most certainly use it as it was intended, although I would most assuredly be more fanatical about detailing it! All I have is a 370z and i'm fanatical about detailing that!
For years I have suffered with really bad insomnia, really struggling to sleep but having found this channel I seem to be able to completely nod off in 30 secs, its brilliant zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz A clever bit of marketing like the sleep guru and you could be minting it
props for working in the sun i live in an apartment complex with no garage and did the same it was so hard felt so tired afterwards i dont even have access to a hose but rather do it myself than go to a dodgy car wash
IIRC working at the dealer i used to find an aluminium shaft that gets inserted in one of the bolt holes, which helps slide the wheels in and out. Pretty handy for german cars.
Would be cool to see you wash some UK youtubers cars, would give you the exposure that you deserve as I believe this is one of the nest and most underrated channels in the UK. Only a few people can simply wash cars and draw thousands of views from it and it’s so relaxing to watch before I go to bed at night. Keep it up bro love the tats aswell
When I took the wheels off my civic to detail the whole car I covered the brake discs with very large bags to prevent them from rusting up as I washed the car while it was jacked up, it also allowed me to take my time and clean the arches.
I love that color on the Cayman, but not on the 911. I think it might be the roof that sets it off. I have a collection of stuff from Chemical Guys; they have really good products. I used their Sticky Orange, wheel cleaner...it's sticky! And friggin cleans up the barrel like no soap I've ever used.
Its not water, its fogging, happens when cold water touches warm plastic head and tail lights, very common, will dissappear when the light warms again. Happens with literally all plastic lights.
Love from India. What is the best product to remove road traffic film before washing with 2 buckets method ?. I have an uncoated car and wash it with Gyeon products
I like how you constantly evaluate things ‘on the fly’ or real-time. You know you may be breaking rules but come up with best and worse case scenarios and go forward. I’ve noticed (admittedly I probably haven’t religiously watched every video posted so not sure how much I’ve missed), but it seems you don’t tend to stick to one particular brand, always trying something new. Also every car I’ve seen your always saying about the compromises you had to make. Are there any films where you can say you’ve gone all out? If you had to do one, I’d say do one over a few days under some good shelter 😀
Once finished doing the wheels take the car out on a very very short run and apply the brakes to get heat in them it only takes a few mins at most then you have no moisture on the discs ... Job done 👍
@@markt381 Thanks, mate. Thats how I've done it so far. The only downside is, the rust then tends to accumulate on the already cleaned wheels, hence you have to once again clean them somehow without getting the brake discs wet. In the video it looked like he applied some kind of product to the brake discs to prevent them from rusting. I know Bilt Hamber has something that kind of does that. So was wondering if he was using that.
Hey brother, they sell thread in inserts that are basically a peg to thread in to make sliding the wheel on easier...once the wheel is on you remove the peg and replace it with the lug bolt. Would make your life easier next time you detail a car like this again.
Maybe time to invest in one of those fold-out pagodas? You can get them pretty cheap now and they are compact lightweight and easy to use, you can even set them up single handed though having 2 people to walk them out is easier. Probably not going to fit in the 370z though.
Hi Mr Guru.. After using a general purpose Microfiber cloth on wheels, exhaust and especially after wiping a tyre after tyre blackening do you throw that cloth away or give them a wash?
@@CarCleaningGuru Haha was just re-watching all of your vids.. looking forward to the summer when no doubt you will be uploading a lot of new content.. Thanks for the info.. Good idea keeping them for tyres... I've never liked reusing Microfiber cloths after using on exhaust or tyres.. Thanks again 😎
Long time watcher first time commenter, was just curios what got you into car detailing and are you self taught or have you attended courses over your years?

Nice video 👌 what torque wrench did you use? I need one to do this hopefully
@@SilverTrill any torque wrench will do, just as long you have the correct torque settings for your wheels.

Car cleaning guru still the best detailing channel out there, soothing to watch, tonnes of educational stuff as usual, top class!
This was the best bit of debugging my Spyder has received since it was new, thank you again Mr Guru.
Stunning car 👍🏻
beautiful job mister guru
Cool car bro
Lovely car Roger..... and nice to see it gets used.....
Lovely car
this is truly a car washing version of Bob Ross. how soothing, educational, therapeutic it all is!
I couldn't agree more a year later lol
This guy has given me a new hobby: taking care of my car. I bought the essential products and gave it a go. Totally worth it but it's addictive.
Same
This is my 20th attempt to fully complete this video without falling asleep lol... Not that it's boring, it's just so relaxing! Keep them coming!!

I love how enthusiastic CCG is, sounds like a chef basting a steak in butter in some instances
I think it’s the other way around - he has something to be much more proud of than someone cooking a bit of steak.
He sound like ringo star to me

that job any better. Thanks for taking the time to film it for us to enjoy.
I washed my car today in 100°F heat today so I feel your pain. It’s a back-breaking workout. You did an amazing job.
There’s no way I’d have as much patience as this guy to detail like this
Absolutely beautiful color

Always a good notification to receive when CCG uploads!

Insomnia Guru coming soon haha.
That was a lot of hard work, but you got an excellent end result. Good job Joe. Roger's pride and joy is looking tip top once again.
My neighbour has a black GT4 but with these wheels in silver and they look stunning. Those satin ones came up beautifully mate!
The soft top cleaning part with the jooby brush was soo satisfying, great work again

Love that Turtle Wax spray. Looks spectacular on that blue paint
The satin wheels compliment the car so well, especially after you cleaned and protected the finish! Thumbs up!
You need a wheel hanger - basically a long stud to hold the wheel in place while you align it onto the hub. Makes your life ten times easier.
The wheels cleaned up really well, as did the whole car, previous care and protection really does pay off in the long run!!.
well you can't name a car spyder and then be surprised when real spiders turn up
IIRC working at the dealer i used to find an aluminium shaft that gets inserted in one of the bolt holes, which helps slide the wheels in and out. Pretty handy for german cars.
If I could ship my Falcon over to the UK I would. Watching the Guru detailing cars is like art.
Great color 👌
Best car cleaning that I’ve seen! Could you tell what you did with disc brakes that they don’t rust from water ??
I used Bilt Hamber Atom Mac. Doesn’t stop it completely but helps.
This video is so satisfying. I just bought a 911 and can’t wait to give her a first wash.
You’re my favorite detailing RUclipsr. From the states, Keep it up Guru!

Cool video. Are the new ceramic coating spray products equal in performance when compared to traditional wax applications?
Thanks for the awesome vid!! Now I know exactly how to take care of my Porsche's!! ... In my dreams! :)
That color is so good
Great car , great colour.
You're a machine man. After a wheels off detail I'm toast.
Turtle wax seal&shine last long time and easy to apply. I use it every wash to keep topped off. Great product
What a superb job.. retailer of the year..👍 where you based., I'll bring my 2004 Z4. Lol

I was so happy when I opened up RUclips and just saw this video 🤝
What an outstanding job fantastic
Did you not clean the area with the rear spoiler wing in the up position?
Cracking looking car! Shame the owner don't look after it properly
Saw you on the Wirral a few days ago, car looked clean, sounded good to.
Awesome job really enjoy your vids. That colour is stunning
Thanks for the tips. I found a great wool wheel brush on Amazon that works great on my Maserati GranTurmiso. Any recommendations on a wheel degreaser?
you need to post more, i have watch all your videos. I NEED MOREE
Watch: epic car show, Paul dolden details, white details they pretty enjoyable

I was wondering if you could have used some kind of treatment or protection on the “rag” top since the paint, wheels had protection
See my recent convertible top cleaning video to see how I’d go about doing that.

Is there water in the left hand side taillight?

Great car and great work mate 👌🏼
How do you get the brakes not to suffer from the usual red colour from the brake dust since the discs look spotless?
You are amazing. I love to clean my cars aswell but my arms, wrists and back has severe pain after 30-40 minutes.. what are the tricks?
Switching hands regularly, and sitting on a stool or bucket for the lower sections, helps a bit.
What did you spray on the brake disc?, & is it to stop rust?
15:52 Don't get so close with the pressure washer at the windows seals. Blasting all water inside the door!
That wasn’t close plus it’s a wide spray pattern you could wash your face with.
@@CarCleaningGuru ah okay!
Have you considered a pop up gazebo for creating shade on sunny days?
Yes, too big, time-consuming, potentially dangerous in the wind and will make navigating the camera and tripod around the car a nightmare.
Great job! I hate dirty wheels especially on such a prestige car. I need to invest in a decent trolly jack. Any brand you would recommend?
Hi Mr Guru..
After using a general purpose Microfiber cloth on wheels, exhaust and especially after wiping a tyre after tyre blackening do you throw that cloth away or give them a wash?
Either bin or wash and keep for tyres only.

I love how thorough, careful and respectful you are of the owner's car. How long do you expect the CG Jetseal Matte to last on those wheels?
With the car living outside, not very.
Love that colour....
Do you do alloy wheel refurbishment and spray painting as well?
Hell no.
Love it!
This is easy, pure quality as usual!! 👍
How has the Turtle Ceramic coating fared, I’ve recently used it on my Golf R, up to yet seems 👍
Working fast in the sun. The ultimate way to achive full perspiration 💦

Self-taught at the side of the road 🤷♂️.
