- I've daily driven a 2018 Porsche Macan S since July. In this video I walk you through owning & driving the twin turbo V6 PDK Macan S with 20 inch wheels, huge rubber, & panoramic sunroof. I got the car Certified Pre-Owned & put it through its paces with a cross country road trip, & a mix of city driving & highway commuting.
This is very depressing to watch as a 12 year driver of a Ford Fiesta, who has driven the Macan T from Turo, (for a weekend). I'm realizing after this video I need a Boxster S and a Macan S and a house with a garage, and furniture, and the money for vacations. I've got to figure out a way to make more money, now. Thanks. Very nice review. Down to earth and easy to listen to. At 23 minutes I had no plans on watching it all but you kept my attention and I felt like I could relate to your comments. I appreciate your straight forward approach. I purchased a CPO 2020 S a month ago. It has been enjoyable thus far.

You can leave it in D and just use the paddle to down shift as you see fit.
yes, that is true, the only issue is that if i am merging from one highway to another, i may be behind someone for more than 20 seconds and then it switches back to automatic and starts upshifting. to hold a gear until i decide it's time to shift, i end up putting it in manual.
