Florio I like your take on Mahomes, however the reason Mahomes blew a gasket wasn't because of the call of some reciever having a toe across the line it was because an epic play that would have gone down in History as one of the best catch and throws got taken away from Kelsey. If that play stands it would have been the best play of the 2023 regular season and would have been talked about for YEARS instead it ends up in the Trash Bin.

did Allen drop multiple big plays down field for 60 yd gains and/or touchdowns? NO, that was Diggs and Sherfield and other guys i can't even remember lol

dude bombed multiple balls downfield that COULD and SHOULD have been completed but weren't through no fault of his own

As a Chiefs fan I’ve been saying for the past couple years that it’s almost like they purposefully make themselves the underdogs because it gives them more motivation…everyone always says they’re favored every year which might be true at the beginning of the year but I think people forget that like halfway through the season they have a game or a couple games where they don’t play like themselves and everyone thinks they found the answer to stop them but then they’re right back in the fight. Like last year it was Tyreek being gone and so everyone thought we couldn’t get it done with just Travis and we did. The 49ers defense a couple years ago was supposed to be so good that Patrick would have a hard time scoring and he didn’t he went and won the game. The only two playoff games I can remember where they were favorites was the loss to Cincinnati in the AFC Championship and the loss to Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl and I think that says something about my theory.

Maybe Jon Cooper learned from the previous postseason, when they came in having won more than 60 games in the regular season and were swept in the first round by the least successful active franchise, and decided that the gauntlet of the regular season is less grueling when you don't put 100% effort into every shift.
