    Man, my parents had me cleaning and helping out around the house when I was a kid. I respect them for that now because as an adult, you’re still expected to clean and take care of yourself. They should be thankful and have more respect for what their parents have given them.

      Man, if my dad was their dad he'd yell at them to clean the house like an army boot camp sergeant 😂😂😂. My dad runs our house like the way he commands his men in the police station. If he saw too much junk hanging around he'll put it in a black garbage bag with us then we'd dump it in a dumpster.

    Mum seems to have hoarder tendencies. And being a "stay at home mum" she has plenty of time to sort things and tidy up at least her own stuff. The boy seems promising. He wants to change and he's got a bit of maturity.

    I began helping my sickly mom to do housework since I was a 9 year old boy mainly because my dad wasnt helping her because he was not raised to do any housework given he was a boy. Since young, I learned to keep our house clean and now living on my own, all the resourceful lessons on keeping things clean that my late mom and my late grandma taught me have come in really handy especially now that Im living on my own. I think mothers, and the matriachs of the family should teach boys just as well as girls to do housework so that will be a starting point for them to continue leading heathy lives even after they are gone.

  • @PianoHead26
    @PianoHead26 2 года назад +10

    Lead by example. They learned it from mom! Who else?! Her kids seem like good kids, just a huge lack of discipline. This would never fly in my house growing, I had working parents and two older sisters. We had chores assigned for us to do before we do anything else. If we didn't do them, we were in trouble. Parents don't do this anymore though. Again, lead by example! Teach them to be responsible before its too late.

    This is why people love English nannies, they are no nonsense. I just told my 5 year old grandson to pick up all his toys. He didn’t want to (big surprise), so all I had to do was remind him about toy jail and he got right to it. I have always told my kids and now grandkids that we only have one rule in our house. My husband and I are in charge and you are not. We always try to listen to their input, but at the end of the day they need to respect the blessings that God has bestowed on them
