I know the background of the OG It's A Me suggests it's NES Mario, but official Super Horror Mario Art suggests Horror Mario is based off of All-Stars. Not that I'm complaining about this.
The only thing I’m mad about is Horror Mario’s coloring. In the original mod, his colors are only darker because of the lighting of where they are in I-A-M and SS. So, Horror Mario’s colors should be the same as normal NES Mario.

Well, despite being a version of Horror Mario, Ultra M is mostly the same guy as the original CoolRash Mario.exe.
