You guys will probably ask about the pot I'm using so I will answer here! 😂👍🏼 The pot in this video is from Costco; I got it when I moved to Hawai’i. I left some of the product links in the description box (my knife, portable gas stove & etc). Thank you so much for taking your time to watch my videos! Love you guys! 😘❤️ Also written recipe & nutritional facts is here -> seonkyounglongest.com/instant-ramen-hack/
I really love the variety of video types that you post, kind of fun seeing what your days are like with the inclusion of Korean, it's fun to watch, I also love the cooking videos like this as well.
Thank you so much for showing another way to amp up these noodles! I bought the ones from Costco. Although I enjoyed them the way they are I always thought it needed more flavor.
Omg I’m so very mad that I’m missing a lot of your videos. I was subscribed to your channel for 2yrs or so, and some how I was unsubscribed. For the record you look so beautiful, but your always looking beautiful! Thank you for sharing your recipes with the world, keep doing what your doing. I see you being on the food network really soon. God bless
Two things stick out to me: how much I love that you say "bomb diggity," giving me permission to say it, too. And how absolutely effervescent your skin is. Even with all the water and Sephora in the world, I could never. Very jealous of your skill and forever youth.
One of my go-tos with ramen is blanching some mushrooms and veg with the noodles, then adding a poached egg. It adds a ton of umami. If you rehydrate dried mushrooms you can strain and save the broth to use it as a base. (Just be sure to remove the solids.) Sometimes I add some spicy marinated tofu too. Pre-cut dried wakame stores well and adds some mild umami. It's amazing how satisfying a bowl of dressed up noodles in broth can be.
Time for a trip to my local asian grocery store hahaha. I tried the milk ramen hack and it was yummy (added fried garlic and sesame to a beef ramen packet) I'll try the chilli crisp one, it reminds me a loooot of Biang Biang noodles.
Going to try this right now. I made your Chili oil a few days ago and it’s so good. I also have the Costco noodles and tried them alone as they come and thought they were ok but I wasn’t WOWed. This makes it look so much better. Might add a fried egg too. 😋
I did the chili oil. My husband loves it even more. The good thing is, you can add it to so many things. It is very handy when you have no idea what to add to a dish.
언니, as always you look stunning. True Queen! Thanks for this recipe, I’ve been wondering about these noodles, but now I’ll definitely have to pick them up at Costco! If you come to visit Washington again, feel free to reach out! Lots of vegan options here!
Made it twice this week and this is DE-LI-CIOUS ! This is now my "lazy lunch/dinner prep"... we always have A-Sha noodles at home... The A-sha noodles Sanrio variety pack is great as well
I bought those same noodles at Costco last month, and found out quickly that unless you serve them with a lot of oil, they are much starchier than regular ramen, and will clump together in a giant ball, even after a quick rinse in running hot water. Great recipes too!
I love those noodles from Costco. So good when you add some extra veggies. And I'm hooked on your Chili Oil. It is so much better than any of the store bought ones.
This reminds me, we also have an Indonesian-style hacked ramen, called "Indomie SEBLAK" ,if I could give you a taste of Indonesian food,I would love for you to taste it too 😊. Indomie SEBLAK we add kencur (cutcherry), sweet soy sauce, boiled raw crackers, sweet soy sauce, cayenne pepper, pakchoy, (optional:chicken feet, meatballs, egg). Unexpectedly, after a long time the Indomie brand issued a version of the seblak flavored noodle. 🤣🤣. you can search, about SEBLAK are viral on 🇮🇩 youtube content.
I love your new look! I just happened across your post. I stopped watching you a long time ago...your last content was just to fake for me. This new look is more real and natural. You look freaking awesome...MORE natural!!! more real!!! I'll check out more of your posts! good job!!!
Can you please show me how to make Korean pressed cookies called dasik by using black and white sesame seeds and steamed yellow soybeans on this coming episode????
Sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil’s smoke points are too low for this recipe. The fat will be burnt and & have no more beautiful fragrant after heating up like this. Don't waste it!
Pouring the oil feels scary as it defeats the semi-healthy dish, b.u.t pouring the oil is more controlled and easier than pan frying noodles. 🙂 Thank you!
Seonkyoung, you might have mentioned it in an earlier video and I missed it, but how much weight have you lost since you went vegan? I ask because your face looks so much thinner after you switched your diet.
Hi Seonkyoung. I really enjoyed this video! You look fabulous, and you gave us plenty of nuders and even dropped a "bomb diggity" for us...so cool🤗. I adore you Seonkyoung Longest❤️, and I send love and happy thoughts from Minneapolis to you and Jacob out there in beautiful Maui 🙏🥰!!!

I recently purchased these noodles from Costco and I am SO delighted you shared these recipes. I'm inspired and also now very hungry. ☺️🙏🏽🔥

Seonkyoung, your ramen is out of this world. I was thinking of doing General Tso's cauliflower, as a substitute to chicken.
Cutest human ever! I love your videos because I’m living vicariously through you 💜

So simple and looks so delicious. Can't wait to try both of these hacks.
I'm loving the music in your videos.

Ms Seonkyoung, love your recipes. Keep shining! Don’t give up🥰🥰🍱🥗
You're looking so gorgeous and fresh and alive! Your filming is so elegant. Congratulations on your hard work

My daughters have got me obsessed with raman thank you for this.

OMG looks so good. I would also add some fried onions on top before eating
Best way to eat for coming inside hungry,then 1 , 2 , 3 , ready ❣️thanks 💖💖💖
you’re glowing!!! 😍😍😉🧐
Made it twice this week and this is DE-LI-CIOUS ! This is now my "lazy lunch/dinner prep"... we always have A-Sha noodles at home... The A-sha noodles Sanrio variety pack is great as well
They look so good 😫
Love ramen! And you look gorgeous as always!
As do you.
I bought those same noodles at Costco last month, and found out quickly that unless you serve them with a lot of oil, they are much starchier than regular ramen, and will clump together in a giant ball, even after a quick rinse in running hot water. Great recipes too!
Because they are dried noodles, not fried. Much better for you though!
@@SeonkyoungLongest Thanks for explaining that!
I'm a simple man. I see a video about nooderz and I click.
I do the second one all the time! You’re amazing! 💙
Seonkyoung, how do you stay slim when you cook such delicious foods? ❤️
Wow. This was good! I made option 2, and now I’m mad I only used 1 ramen packet 😩 follow the recipe folks, 2 packets!!!
저도 그 인스턴 라면 찾아뵈야겠어요. 고추 기름이 들어가니 맛은 보장입니다
2 nice easy but delicious recipes 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Seonkyoung, I suggest adding sesame paste to your sauce!
*_This looks too delicious! You made this brilliantly._*
Great ramen hacks
I love those noodles from Costco. So good when you add some extra veggies. And I'm hooked on your Chili Oil. It is so much better than any of the store bought ones.
OMG love you look stunning!!! 😍😍😍
I honestly eat “hacked” instant noodles at least once or twice a week. Sometimes you really just dont feel like cooking much
totally unrelated question....do you "leapfrog" your kimchee? ....I transfer some to the next batch to speed it up
It’s 10 o’clock and I want this 🤤
Perfect ❤️🇧🇷
So delicious
YUM!!!!!
Omg I need to try this!
ahh love those nooodles!!
Looks amazing
Love your videos, you are so cute and your recipes are awesome. My cooking is much better because of you, so thank you!!
I’m going to my pantry to look for noodles right now!! Oh, but first I have to watch the chili oil video😅🥰
This reminds me, we also have an Indonesian-style hacked ramen, called "Indomie SEBLAK" ,if I could give you a taste of Indonesian food,I would love for you to taste it too 😊. Loved that you noticed. Yes, I'm much more comfortable with myself and present as just who I am. Never been happier!! Welcome back! ❤️
Can you please show me how to make Korean pressed cookies called dasik by using black and white sesame seeds and steamed yellow soybeans on this coming episode????
What other instant ramen noodles can you recommend as a substitute?
Since I just cannot eat spicy food, is there a good alternative to the chilli variants in this video maybe?
Can you please show me how to make Korean desserts called dasik by white and black sesame seeds and steamed soybeans on this coming episode???
좋아요 😀 👍 😀
You look beautiful with a tan!!!
Can I ask how you would do it with a powered sauce?
Exactly same! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Yummy yummy quá ngon luôn !!!! 😍😍😍😋😋😋
👍😋👍❤️💕🥰👍. Delicious !!!
You look fantastic 😍!!
Which Asian store in Honolulu did you get the wide noodles?
Why can’t you use coconut oil?
Hi Seonkyoung! Why can’t we do toasted sesame oil with the 2nd nuuders?
Sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil’s smoke points are too low for this recipe. The fat will be burnt and & have no more beautiful fragrant after heating up like this. Don't waste it!
I think it's because sesame oil has a low heating point and will quickly go bitter if you overheat them. :) Sesame oil does best with low or no heat.
You can add a little bit of sesame oil directly to the noodles, but don't heat it, because it won't taste good.
I thought I was the only one who says bomb diggity
😋 ♥️ this ... n pot
I foolishly watched this while hungry...
Mam I am from india and I am vegetarian so mam any option fish sauce
You look beautiful Seonkyoung, as always 🌹
Pouring the oil feels scary as it defeats the semi-healthy dish, b.u.t pouring the oil is more controlled and easier than pan frying noodles. 🙂 Thank you!
Oh I had that Ramen, it had no flavor, very very blan. If you like that flavor then you would enjoy it
yup...extremely blan
So blan.
Ramen Nuders 🍜 haha 😍
Does this work with dry ramen seasoning?
Yes! 👍🏼 just add a couple of tbsp of “noodle water” to help the seasoning to dissolve.
I have to try the hot oil over my noodles 😱
you are great! but coming from japan, this isnt ramen.. makes me cry people eat it this way
Always tie your hair neatly while cooking to avoid hair from falling into food.
you look beautiful!
🔥🔥🔥💯
What happened to ur intro? "Welcome to Asia at home"?
Seonkyoung, you might have mentioned it in an earlier video and I missed it, but how much weight have you lost since you went vegan? I ask because your face looks so much thinner after you switched your diet.
Ur so good 😍😍😍😍
Nooders😆
Needs American cheese on top for the real tik tok hack.

Noodles will taste terrible after a long wait. You should eat them as soon as possible.
