I like friendly competition, steel sharpens steel, if he believes his food is the best and he is constantly improving it will only help Jamaican cuisine worldwide. I have seen Asians and Whites cooking Jerk and we don't have the smoke for them. Black man is black man, I am rooting for everyone in the Diaspora. Calm down people his success don't diminish anything Jamaican. i saw Koreans owning soul food franchise in NY and its filled with blacks, start there if you have all this racial pride.
