I come from the UK and I think we have the best sirens and emergency vehicles in Europe, however, nothing can beat the American trucks and sirens, I could watch and listen to them forever! Almost makes me want to live in America :D Enjoyed that video, thanks.

Spain has some pretty good one in Europe.. it has also an "urban vibe" to it, as opposed to the ones in central Europe. But agree nothing like New York sirens.

I guess the sound will blow your brains out if a firetruck with alarm/horn is right next to you. But hearing that sound in the distance in NYC has something epic. A typical NYC 'thing'.

I love your videos. It's amazing to see all the Emergency crews try to get their way through the busy city.
I drove Engine, Ladders, and Rescues as a Volunteer Firefighter for many years. I belonged to a combination Paid/Volunteer Fire Department in a small city in Upper, N.Y., and always wondered how emergency responders ever got to their call in NYC, or any other major Metropolitan area! Even in a small city we reached a the scene too late to do anything but save the exposures. I really admire the guys in the video an their counterparts.

One thing I love about Americans is how proud they are to be american and how much they support and respect men and women in Service, public service or armed forces. We miss that kinda respect in the UK. Not even allowed to fly our flag without being called a racist

They tried that, the Push Bar just got Clogged with Lawyers, who then Clogged up The New York Courts grabbing at tax money.
Here's an idea: Fit these things with tank tracks so if they can't get around you, THEY'LL GO OVER YOU!
As the father of a F/F, and a retired f/f, and veteran. I SALUTE the NYFD, and NYPD. Special people in that city do what only other people can dream of, and complain about.

+adikid92 , NOT in TEXAS, a lawyer ran out in front of a fire truck (on an emergency) at a intersection . the moral of the story is, the lawyer paid well OVER $150,000 for that fire truck and wrecked his $300,000 Bentley up.

Actually, it IS "New York City," as some of those companies are in the Bronx, Brooklyn (Coney Island), and either Queens or Staten Island (can't really tell).

The crazy thing is you rarely see a fire truck, police car, etc stop while it’s sirens are blaring but in New York you do quite often.
