We love Buc-ee's and always top on the way to and from San Antonio to see our Daughter and Grand Kids. The largest and cleanest bath rooms you have seen.
I am in love with all your videos 🥰😍 always full of fun, adventure, excitement and something new to learn. A complete package of entertainment. Lovely family and adorable kids. Stay Blessed and keep entertaining us with your new ideas and new world exploring videos!!
I absolutely love Buc-ees!! They have cheaper gas prices, great food, very clean restrooms, everyone is very nice, fountain drinks under $1 (even the largest size), great variety of chips and candy, tasty bbq sauce and sandwiches, largest variety of jerky, delicious Kolaches, fresh baked cookies and pastries ... etc. Also try the potato chips made in the store! Delicious! I have been to this Buc-ees in Georgia several times since the 3rd day it opened. I can't wait to visit the one in Sevierville, TN! It will be the largest Buc-ees in the world with a carwash! LoL. Thank you for the video!
What a great tip! Thanks Scotty for that recommendation. Iowa is on our list as part of our plan to visit all 50 states by 2025. We have heard and seen so much about the Iowa State Fair.
Came through my neck of the woods. :) I am from Chattanooga so I pick up food from here every time I have to go to Atlanta The chopped brisket is awesome over rice
Thank you for your comment. Yes, we had first learned about Buc-ee's through our favorite RUclipsrs Kara and Nate. So when we started seeing billboards on our drive from Nashville to Atlanta we got very excited and Buc-ee's delivered. The brownies were amazing!!!
The company I work for is a contractor for Buc-ees, and I go to 6 of them every month, and have for 4 years now. I have never encountered an employee that wasn't polite and gracious. I've heard interviews with "Beaver" Applin, one of the founders, and the story is that after encountering a less than sanitary restroom, he had the idea to build a great restroom, and surround it with a great convenience store and gas station. Few more facts: Buc-ees isn't a truck stop. They don't "hate trucks" as some say, but they design the sites for passenger vehicles, and trucks need more space and different driveways, etc. Most often, a Buc-ees is within a mile or so of a truck stop, anyway. They are usually placed a few miles outside of a town or city, so they can attract great employees but not be a traffic problem. It is usually very easy to get into and leave a Buc-ees. The first was a regular convenience store in Freeport, TX, and Applin kept building newer and bigger stores over time. The (I think) third store is on a road to the beach, and to this day you can still buy fishing rods and crab traps there.
Hi Lee, THANKS for your great insight into Buc-ee’s. The story around creating a clean bathroom surrounded by a convenience store is just awesome. We are heading to Tennessee end of September so plan to visit another Buc-ee’s. Someone on here also commented about the largest Buc-ee’s being built in Tennessee which will be even more fantastic. Thank you again for your comment
I am from Germany and will go on a road trip through Tennessee and Georgia with my family next month. I would have never thought that a gas station would be on our list of must-visit destinations. Your video convinced me that it should stay on the list :)
Dear @derjansan9564, Your comment made our day! Glad you found our video helpful and wishing you an awesome trip thru Tennessee and Georgia. Hope you like Buccees as much as we did!!! Safe travels and come back and let us know how you liked or not :)
@@KhizEesa So here is the feedback. We not only went to Buc-ees in Gerogia, but also found one in Tennessee. We liked it a lot, had sandwiches and got some borritos for dinner. But the interesting part is this: I bought a Buc-ees t-shirt and back in Germany i put it on to work in the garden. I have never been able to work that much on one day, as if the t-shirt gave me super powers. Will try again next weekend and check if washing it removes the powers :)
@derjansan9564 What a wonderful story. Glad you enjoyed Buccee’s. And the food is unique and much better especially if you think it is from a Gas Station. That Buccee’s T-shirt of yours definitely sounds magical. Let us know if it maintains the powers after a wash LOL 😂 . THANK YOU AGAIN for coming back and sharing you travel stories. Stay connected :)
They need to get employees hired to get the people off the pumps before going into the store. There are so,so many customers that leave their cars at the pump after gassing up, then going shopping for 20 minutes in the store. You can’t get in or out of the pumps. We therefore avoid them like the plague. Great to experience it once, but then, no more. Steer clear folks !
Yes agreed that it can get really crowded and lines at the pump can get long even with their 120 pumps. Both times we were there, we got lucky and were in and out in a reasonable time. Thank you for that feedback
Hi Philip, when we visited the prices were .30cent cheaper than any other gas station around us. Their prices today are $2.97 (regular) at the Adairsville/Calhoun location in Georgia - that is the one we visited - and $3.10 (regular) in TX. You can use Google maps anytime for the latest gas prices as well.

Totally agree with you about the bathroom Joel. Can't wait to try another Buc-ee's in Tennessee later this month!

Yes Daniel Terry, we totally agree with you as well :). Thank you for your comment

You have a great family.
Thank you for the kind note :)
I was at this one on Labor Day. It was packed but the brisket sandwich was worth it.
Thank you for your commment Alan. We are heading back to a Buc-ee’s but this time near Crossville Tennessee. Always a fun stop!
@@KhizEesa we stopped on our way back home from Pigeon Forge Tennessee. We stopped on our way there too lol.
Which one do you like better? Or are they both same?
@@KhizEesa I only stopped at the one in your video. I just stopped twice lol. Once on my way to vacation and once on my way home.

I have yet to go to Germany
I went down to the one at exit 144 in Georgia south of Macon. 7/25/2023 It was Crowded and Insanely Huge !
We are heading back to Georgia soon so can’t wait to visit another Buccee’s
